I have been a Parkland resident for 40 yrs and have used this Publix most of the time it is near Pinetrees Estates; however, I must say it is the WORSE Publix in the area between Boca Raton and Plantation, where I go with Great Pleasure when I visit my daughter; indeed I find food items that I would never find in this Publix. I very seldom write reviews but I felt I should say something: I find rotten lettuce, fruits , herbs are halfway dead …a lot of expired products.. when you complain at the cash register and wave on other Publix stores, they just tell you: they must be bigger.. not sure what the size has to do with quality and variety:
My opinion is that management needs a serious make over.

Worst Publix deli I've ever been to they literally faithfully say it'll be 30 minutes waiting if you feel like waiting but realistically they always say we don't have no more just so they don't have to go make it

Nice store clean and helpful staff. Clearly an older Publix but that’s fine. Shopping is a pleasure here

Publix is a very reliable, quick and convenient store to shop for groceries with very friendly associates and cashiers but they also consistently have the highest prices around unless you can catch a BOGO sale on the actual items you need to buy.

I’ve been coming to this Publix for many years, but recently I’ve been consistently disappointed with the Deli service. I do not buy the pre wrapped lunch meat because the cut it’s too thick and I feels gross, then I end up using the the deli service to get my ham, cheeses etc very thin cut, but the employees end up slicing them always thick. It seems like they're either not paying attention or just don't care about customer preferences. This lack of attention to detail is frustrating and makes me question whether I want to continue shopping here. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that the employees start listening to customers' requests.

What can I say? It’s a Publix. They are all clean and have everything you could want and they have great BOGO bargains. Staff is also very nice and helpful. I particularly like the Pharmacy and their staff.

The pharmacy is very helpful with questions. The grocery Staff is very courteous and happy to help you find something, they will even walk you right to it.

This Publix falls right into line with all Publix. What's great about Publix is that you can visit any one of them and always expect the same great service, fantastic staff, and great food selection. The Self Check Out is also a nice extra at this particular Publix.

The deli in this particular publix location is very inconsistent. I actually took a break for an entire year from ordering anything from the deli. Too many times was the order wrong or missing , like someone walked in off the street and randomly took a sub i ordered! The employees working the deli seem rushed and unorganized. Maybe the manager needs To step it up.They get rude when they have to make multiple subs or make a sub you ordered thats missing. When ordering online at this location you never know if they even read the details of your order until you get home to find out! Anyway what should be convenient is inconvenient and inconsistent. I will be taking another break from ordering online from this location. That negative energy that the employees give off is awful and unprofessional.
