Had a problem with a local store recently. it had to do with a BOGO (buy one get one or buy two get one) sign. I don't really want to go into the details because my aim iisnt trying to get somebody in trouble.. I did call corporate about it and they simply stated they would call the store manager who called me..
In the end they didn't really do anything except apologize. I'm not looking for a freebie but for the prices that Publix charges, when they're wrong and they know they're wrong they should try to do a little better than just apologize
To be honest I don't really shop there much these days because their prices are ridiculous but this recent experience is just one more reason not to shop there
This is just an example of how management really makes poor decisions sometimes

I like the atmosphere at publics the best .
Prices consistently higher than Walmart but similar to other stores. High quality bakery and produce. Not nearly as crowded as Walmart and great parking.

Change the food in the hot case. It’s the same thing every day. I will not be coming to this Publix anymore, and I will shop elsewhere because of this.

Ms Flore at the deli made my meatball sub just they I liked it! Chopped veggies, chipotle and guacamole on my bread just right, dressed with boars head dressing on an Italian five grain bread meatball sub, seasoned with heavy oregano, and some salt and pepper! It was so delicious! She had my attention the way she fancied all the orders from online while making my sub and handling customer with respect. I really appreciate people like herself and I’m grateful she was here to take me and my husband’s order. She makes it look easy what she does but I can tell it’s an art of boggling and executing orders the way she does that! Her tag says since 2003…. Yeaaaa she is top notch!!

Absolute worst deli. Asked and waited 20 minutes for wings to be told it would be 20 more minutes because they didn't make them and made some lame excuse
