Went through the line around 9pm and the staff was too busy clowning around to notice that they had rung me for an item that wasn't mine. I had to stand in line now a second time to return the item and get a refund. The team leader (with the big fake eyelashes) refunded me and said she would speak to the cashier, who then was throwing a fit (hands literally in the air) saying she wasn't doing anything wrong. I interjected and said she should stop playing around and they shouldn't have their phones in their hands WHILE helping customers. The team leader then cut me off and told me "sir you're not going to speak to her like that" then she got a nasty attitude with me as well. She passed me off to the customer service manager who proceeded to just nod at every complaint I had in order to just get me out of the store. The phones are getting out of hand. These kids shouldn't have to be baby-sat. The team leader should have been leading her team, but she obviously failed and is "friends" with the cashiers/baggers. I expected better from Publix, but in this particular location, there's never a dull moment. My time wasted and my night ruined. I don't want to come back here ever again. The lesson here is that you NEVER know who your customers are, and if they TOO work in customer service. What an embarrassing interaction. They should be ashamed.

I went today to customer service (more like customers disservice) and they refused to sell me a pack of cigarettes for some made up rule that I was in the lottery register instead of moving me to another. The Person attending was very rude and proceeded to call another customer without allowing me to explain the situation. Publix need to hire more professional people.

Shopping is rarely a pleasure at this location especially with the rude and sloppy deli team. Their prepared foods are often nasty and missing ingredients. Their deli slices and separates meat so sloppily and their bakery does not make good pastelitos at all. The cashiers are always nice and inventory is usually good but the deli, prepared foods, and bakery consistently disappoint. I wish there was a better Publix nearby. This one is dreadful.

Large and well organized Publix. Clean and well lit.I was amazed by the choices of frozen pizza, they had. You can really pick whatever you want, be it vegan, vegetarian, cheese, meat lovers, thin crust, thick crust, etc.Great check out experience. Nice large parking lot.

Oh my gosh !!! Why I went to the deli to get some lunch meat for my children school lunch and Mrs nadege decided to be so rude !!! I only ask was there any Turkey on sale and she ask me what does the sign say ? Which there was no Turkey on sale and her reply to me again was " if it's not there then it's not on sale!" So I'm wondering why she just did not say that when I asked not treating me like I'm stupid ,, this was so unprofessional and it was NOT a pleasure to shop at this Publix on cypress creek !!! Gee thanks nadege !!

Y'all have a serious understaffing problem in Deli, then the people who are working move slow as molasses. I had a job interview at 3PM I GOT TO PUBLIX AT 2:05PM. There is no way I should been the slight bit of late. On top of this madness, you all have incredible attitudes. Wont be coming here anymore. I wish I could give a solid 0 but since I can't I'll give you a 1

ZERO STARSWho ever heard of a deli that sells pastrami, cheese and bread but the deli counter can't make you a pastrami sandwich?This was amazing to me today. No line, no waiting and no sandwich.Thanks for nothing Publix. If you can only make 6 different sandwiches only from your menu board than why the charade of being a deli?Get them pre made from the food prep warehouse and put them in the refrigerated deli case.Stop pretending your a deli or offer deli services. You don't.

I bought a sub, wasn't ready at the time it said it would be, they ignore you, and when you buy a sauce they charge you random amounts, the staff don't understand half the things you ask them which they should know and the way time for a sub is 30 minutes on a fast day.

Slowest and unfriendly bakery i ever been to. Flies were flying around , staff took forever to do every single step. Definitely will not be visiting this location
