I live right down the road from this Publix and I will now drive further down the road to another as this one is just horrible. The deli has no sense of urgency and they never have product in stock. They have so many managers but no one ever assists. Only workers who dislike their jobs. Never again will I shop here.

I'm always excited to go to Publix when I'm in town . Mainly for their subs! This trip around was different...Unfortunately I was served by a very grumpy and impatient lady... I'm not sure if she had a bad morning or not, but it's definitely not ok to take it on your customer. Not just me, but my sub... it just ruined the whole experience. I knew it was bad right from the beginning. As she was done with the customer in front of me, she turned to me and asked "you all set?" Not even a hi or good morning . I replied back " yes I would like to order two subs please." There was another younger gentleman also doing the subs so she went next to him. She looked at me and said "are you going to come over here and order?" I was in shock but you know what, I don't usually let people like this ruin my day. I simply asked for a Buffalo sub and jerk chicken. She then yelled back at me, "what kind of Buffalo sub? What?" I'm replied back Buffalo tender sub please. While making the sub, she asked me what I want on it. I told her what I wanted and I requested for blue cheese on top. She replied back "I don't know where it is. I won't be able to put it on. Buy those single packets." I was like what? Took about 20 minutes to make the sub.I was not happy with the service at all... the sub looked decent but once I bit into it, there was barely any Buffalo sauce on the tenders. She did not even bother to refill the Buffalo sauce to make for me. I wish I knew her name. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment . This happened last Saturday morning .

I may have found my new Publix! This store has the "old school" layout that I saw as a child. We arrived on a Sunday morning, and the store was not crowded at all. I love that! The products are easy to find, and the sales are clearly marked. I even scored a BOGO on two bottles of Merlot! The only "issue" we had was there was no one bagging groceries at the check out. I'm sure this is a different situation during peak hours, so no biggie. Also, they have cart returns in the parking lot! This may not sound like a huge deal, but the other stores in the area don't have them, and it's weird just leaving the cart in the grass/on the curb. Overall, my shopping experience truly was a pleasure here. I'll be visiting again to see if it will become my permanent Publix home!

Always clean!! Always great customer service!!! Especially the deli dept. Since they gave me a tip to pre-order the 50 wings at anytime for the game. Yup anytime!We only go to this Deli Publix!
