Today I was inconvenienced because this branch closes at 4pm unlike the other branches that close at 5pm. Their drive-thru teller was open & available but informed me that I needed to come in to purchase a cashiers check however the inside is closed ?. I drove to the Coral Springs branch and they informed me that I could’ve been helped at the Coconut Creek branch via the drive-thru. Now, I feel like the young lady just didn’t want to work!

The teller wouldn’t cash my check because, my driver License is from another state. I’m glad I didn’t pick Regions to become my main bank.

Connie is one of the best banker I never Met, I been doing businesses for over 10 years, I met many great bankers, but none of them are Connie she just make the process so easy understandable. I will refer everyone that l know to this branch to meet Connie.

I have been with Regions Bank for a very very long time and this branched out at Coconut Creek, Florida. Their customer service has really decreased. I'm not happy it's either that they're late they don't open on time or there's always a Internet no service that they can't open the bank or if I'm trying to withdraw money inside the bank there they have to they only have one computer to use a I don't understand it. and they have all these employees standing around not helping customers.

This is the worse bank every I been more then 6 years with region no problems till I move the atm don’t work 2 times it keep my money the last time they said the money doesn’t add up they took more then 300 dollars the manager so unprofessional in all the way dress talking by the way they said the don’t got access to the ATM well he could when he’s card stay stuck, no one gives you a good response no one to call your nothing because they send you to the branch like if a person will make a false claim people work never had a problem in years all my family got accounts with them but the didn’t lose one customer he lost 5 in total so unprofessional management the institution you trusted for years it doesn’t make no sense

Been banking with them for 20 plus years and they continue to make life difficult for the smallest of requests. Banking nowadays is absolutely horrible with no respect for how long I’ve been a faithful regions customer. They’ve lost my business accounts because of this

Terrible customer service. A female teller was so rude to a Spanish speaking man in front of me. He said "Deposita por favor." He presented a card and cash. She just said "No Spanish." He said "Deposita por favor." She repeated "No Spanish" even louder than before. She looked annoyed. This is her job! A man stepped past me and said "I'm just going to help." He spoke to the man in Spanish and said to the teller, "He wants to deposit $140." I don't speak Spanish myself, but I knew he wanted to make a deposit. What else could "Deposita" mean? I have seen this teller working there for a year and a half maybe 2 years since my son started college. I have witnessed other unpleasant interactions this teller has initiated with other customers and even other bank employees. I visit this branch to make deposits for my college age son as it is near our Coconut Creek office. I enter the lobby for the deposits as this branch's drive thru is usually busy. After this visit, my husband and I agreed that our son will be closing his account at Regions Bank. We teach our children to be polite and respectful and will not allow our son to continue banking with an institution that allows their employees to behave in this disrespectful and potentially discriminatory manner. There are several other banks on Coconut Creek Parkway. Simply shocking.

Just went in to open a account , 3 guys in there, waited 10 minutes an left.They knew I was there to open but they didn’t care! Terrible customer service ! That’s the reason probably the place is ways empty.
