I’ve had the worse experience at a store ever!!!! The Manager Lillian and Victoria started to single out my friend and the kids accusing them of theft!!! And they asked me to return what I bought because I defended my friend, at the end it all ended up being a rabid pack of racists. Very disappointing.

I was there today and one woman started helping me with an eyeliner and then she turned me over to someone else who was going to help me with a blush and then she turned me over to someone else and I ended up putting everything back and leaving. And remembering exactly why I like going to the Boca store

Too pricey & not enough floor sales ppl understand that maturing skin requires items that aren’t pricey or don’t always have to refer us to the IT ITEM. The floor sales reps… don’t get me wrong they are great but not always do they provide correct /great options for skincare for sensitive /maturing skin that requires REAL items that aren’t pricey I don’t wanna be sold anything I want something that works with clean ingredients for skin care not makeup

Definitely the worst Sephora location I've ever been to. Customer service is non existent. Victoria is a sad excuse for a manager and a poor representative of the Sephora brand.

This hands down the worst Sephora in Florida. The customer service is horrible, the staff is nasty and they all have attitudes. I will never step foot in this location again.

If it wasn’t for the strange manager on duty yesterday around 3 pm, I would’ve given 5 stars (only because of Gio and Asia would I have given 5 stars). I walked up to the manager (I believe her name was Nicole, had a slick back ponytail in a bun) and another employee standing (both caucasian and both standing there visibly doing nothing) I asked the other employee for help with choosing a NARS concealer, the other employee ends up walking away without helping. The manager then proceeds to ask what do I need help with. I told her I need help with choosing a concealer. Instead of helping me, she then proceeds to radio a black employee (Asia, that is on register checking out customers) to help me “color match” which isn’t what I asked for. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes just to be helped with a concealer, that she and the other employee that was standing around doing nothing could’ve helped me with. What bothered me the most was that same manager going to help (white) customers but didn’t help me.

Very disgusted with the open discrimination I experienced I'm a black person who've paid my taxes and is currently paying taxes I myself and several other whites were in the store yet I noticed that I was the being followed throughout the store, feeling horribly uncomfortable I decided to wait by the front entrance awaiting my sister to purchase her item at the register, even in my wait I still was the main interest of surveillance at this point. As I stood there i noticed all the whites that were in there was not visual harrassed and shopped comfortably. This level of discrimination/harassment needs to be addressed. Corporate executors need to watch camera footage I was in store June 7, 2025 (7:45-8:00pm)
Sales team is top tier for discrimination, if you were trained to do so, hats off to you.

I love this Sephpra location. It’s conveniently located and the staff are kind - Specifically Avery! He made my experience at Sephora educational and fun. He helped me find the perfect shade of foundation, concealer, and brushes right before my Jamaica trip. He was kind, and he took his time with me and didn’t rush. Thank you for such an amazing experience, Avery!
