The facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-designed, creating a calming atmosphere that even my pet seemed to appreciate.The grooming services were absolutely top-notch. Not only did my pet come out looking immaculately groomed and smelling fresh, but it was evident that the groomers had taken great care and patience with my furry friend. They listened attentively to my requests and clearly understood my pet's specific needs. I was also impressed with the range of grooming services available, catering to pets of all breeds and sizes.What truly sets Luxe spa apart, though, is the personalized attention and care provided to each pet. Had a great grooming experience for my dog during our vacation in Coconut Creek. The staff was professional, the place was clean, and they did an excellent job with my pup. Definitely recommend for pet owners in the area!

It was my first time time using them.They went above and beyond I’m currently immobile and have a broken femur and they are located not far from me so for an additional charge they came and picked up my dogs and took them to the business and did such a amazing job on grooming them I couldn’t be more happy and then they brought my dogs back to me my Havanese has never looked so cute beforeThe grooomer I was using before changed ownership, and I have not been happy with them since so I had to find a new groomer and I can say they will be my new groomer moving

Rob and the team were awesome. I'm Glad I finally found an Amazing grooming place. They took care of my Yorkie with consideration and concern. The haircut looked great! Highly recommended. Thanks again Rob and Denise! They are experienced and skilled staff members and add great value to the business.

Why did I only give 1 star? Last time I took my dogo here, they only gave her a bath. I requested a haircut not shaved, nails, and ears. When They called me back to come pick her up:No bath had been given, no nails had been clipped, and hair was still matted. Owner proceeded to scream and swear at the employee, having me wait in the lobby, for all to hear. Look I understand if a mistake had been made, it happens.They told me to come back in another 2 hours for them to 'work on the dog', which I did. They gave me a 10% discount on the grooming for the error mishap

I feel compelled to share that you should not bring your cats here.The groomer cut down the cats whiskers… all the way down… I couldn’t believe my eyes. You aren’t supposed to cut cat whiskers. Several bloody nicks in 1 cat that wasn’t mentioned at all. Price discrepancies.. they tried to charge my sister more than what was quoted at drop off. I really wanted to like this place as it is close to home… will never return

I just got my three shih tzus back from a full groom. They have always done such a great job with my boys who are a bit crazy so I know that's no easy task. I asked for a shorter cut than usual for summer and they did such an AMAZING job. I've never had a groom turn out so completely perfect. Highly recommend their services including the fluff and buff weekly bath program. Keeps my boys fresh and flawless.

UPDATE 3/2023The new manager, Rob, reached out to me today to learn what happened from my experience. He explained he was the manager with the previous owners. Rob is very passionate and took accountability as the manager (although he wasn't even working there at the time).Rob went on to advise the previous manager was let go and that he has been working on getting his team trained to ensure providing quality care to animals that come in for grooming.In addition to Rob, the owner called me today as well. Again, her intent was clear - learn what happened from my experience and steps they have taken to prevent in the future.Thank you both for listening and taking appropriate actions to ensure our fur babies are safe in your care.Original review - 1/2023If I could give a negative star, I would. Today, I brought my 2 cats in for a bath as indicated in the services on the website to include a sanitary trim and nail trim. My cats are very shy and scared easily, but I read on the site where they have 2 groomers per treatment and similar temperament cats had a good experience per the reviews. I trusted them to keep them safe. When I received the call they were ready, I asked...how did they do? The manager stated "they were fine". Okay - not the most personable and warm to ease my anxiety, but that's fine as long as they were good. I picked them up - again they said nothing other than they were "fine".Now I am home and take them out of the carriers - 1st thing I see..no sanitary trim. Okay - odd that this service wasn't completed. BUT the worst was checking out their paws/nails. They were bloody on the front and back paws. Not just 1 toe, MULTIPLE! They tore up both of cats nails - BEYOND into the quick. If you know anything about cats and they should, the website says trained, these groomers made cruel errors.When I called the 1st time, I explained about the nails and the website. The manager chose to disagree with me and tell me how I am wrong vs listen to understand. Then she proceeded to blame the cats on why their nails were cut too short. This shop lacks all accountability and it starts with the manager. I was frustrated and ended the call. Side note - when going back to the website for documentation for my formal complaint, she already updated the website to remove sanitary trim.I called my vet to see what I needed to do to prevent infections. I explained what happened and they were horrified to learn of the treatment of my cats. I took their advice and began to clean their paws further and saw fully what they did and felt awful for trusting this place and furious that they stood by their choices on how they cared for my kitties.So, I called back to ask for the owner. I was told by the manager she doesn't know when she will be in. I asked for a number - was told..sorry...she is in a place it doesn't work. Really - great job gatekeeping for the owner.When I informed the manager fully on what I saw on their paws, she responded indifferent and lacked any empathy and customer service. When I asked about a refund for their "service". Again, she chose to blame the cats and doubled down to state "I didn't charge you for their temperament". That's odd - she said they were fine until I complained of their mistreatment. If you are going to blame an animal...Okay, sure blame them for ONE nail. Not multiple nails on each paw on 2 cats. That's lack of training or worse - cruelty to animals just to finish a job. If that bad, you should have called me and stopped the service immediately vs do what you all did.I share this review - I don't expect the store to care as they didn't today. I share for other pet owners/parents - be careful.

Today we got our 1st real “Poodle” cut & she looks amazing! Triniece always does a beautiful job! New manager is super nice too!
