DO NOT USE the car wash!! It does not work it just stopped while I was in the car wash I was trapped and so scared I had to crawl out of my car and ask the owner for help he took
So long to come out only to yell at me to just drive out when the brushes were frozen and on top of my car. He got mad at me when this car wash is not working and needs to be repaired it’s a danger to anyone that drives into it do not go here I will never go back.

Terrible gas station. Pumps don't work properly. Get gas takes forever. To slow. No receipts. Ewerytime issues with card reader.

DO NOT go here. If you have any problems with any transaction they'll not help you. The "manager" was very rude and hung up on me. Very near to my house but will never ever go back here.

Hope you don’t need to talk to the 2 man inside,rude and bad actitude,car wash didn’t work and they insisted it was my fault.A minute later ,a second costumer have the same problem and they insisted we don’t know how to use properly an automatic carwash machine . They treated us like mentally disabled.

I used a credit card at the car washing machine to get a code and to wash my car. As soon I left my card at the card reader and provide a zip code my card got declined. I do have a good balance so I went online and a charge of $10 dollars was on pending. I went inside the store and the 2 workers said they could not give me a receipt or a code. They said to wait that the money would be refunded. 2 days after the $10 dollars was withdrawn from my credit card. I tried to call their phone number and SURPRISE..... their business phone is disconnected! DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION! They are disrespectful and they take your money without hesitation!!!

Not my fav store. Guy at the counter rude he was talking on the phone not just that but on speaker. Yes items to choose from but super expensive than other stores. Not to mention gas there is always at its highest. It sucks cz that's the closest one to my house but also the most expensive gas prices ever. Don't come at me but come on y'all know there's other gas stations that are 5 cent cheaper and you know that they are expensive.

Went there and purchased two things worth 3 dollars, was not allowed a receipt and the total didn't pop up on the screen. I got home and realized I was charged 19.24 scents for two 3 dollar items. They have a scam going on. The cashier was an idian woman with glasses. Just beware.

I gassed up & paid for a 'The Works' car wash while at the pump. After I entered the code from my receipt on the wonky messed up carwash's input screen, the wash wouldn't start. I went in to get a refund, which I did get after the male cashier was very rude & condescending to me, saying that no one else has a problem, that I did it wrong & was just flippant along those lines while I in turn stood my ground. I use Shell stations for food, drinks, fuel & carwashes (where available). I'll never go to this location again. I'm certain that if I was a dude, or still a military soldier in uniform or if my boyfriend were with me, he'd have been polite. I wish I could choose negative stars.

Do NOT use the car wash this Shell offers. You'd be better off letting the rain clean your car. At least you'd save $10.
