The in-store experience at Sherwin-Williams was fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service, that's why they deserve 5 stars. However, related to the Brand and not this specific store: the online shopping experience needs improvement. Frequent errors and inaccurate product availability information have been frustrating. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience.

I’m not a professional, but I went in twice late in the afternoon/early evening. The staff was inattentive and not very helpful and had a bit of an attitude.

I visited this store today for some paint needs and had a great experience. Although I couldn't find the exact color I was looking for, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me on where I could find the color I needed and provided valuable advice. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the process much easier. I truly appreciate their friendly and supportive service. Definitely a place I'll visit again!

The store is large, clean and you can get the products… but it takes a lot of time to invoice just one product. There were two people serving the same customer and how is it possible that they waited 20 minutes to pay for something so simple.

Came here a few times trying to get the perfect wood stain. Minwax doesn't make it easy, but José does. He is so knowledgeable and super helpful! Definitely recommend this location. The store is big, well layed out and airy. Customer service is great. They make the daunting process effortless, especially José!!!
