She, along with the staff, treat your pets with all the love they deserve, making a usually difficult task, such as nail trimming or a cat bath, an enjoyable one. We love taking our pup to Rosa. She is so sweet to her, very knowledgeable and professional. She always does such a great job. Another thing I love is that she doesnt keep the dogs caged while they wait to be groomed. I highly recommend
