I lost my wallet and I’m in Florida for seasonal work, I needed a temporary card and access my account. I was refused access to my bank account and from receiving a temporary card for not having a physical id. Although I have my social security, an expired ID, tax papers. Never had this issue before. explained the situation again to Janice she responded “what are you doing across the country with no id”. Youre telling me I have to fly all the way to California? To access my account? Maybe because I lost my wallet and you’re supposed to help people in this case? Why have a bank account if I can’t access it? Why work in a bank with when you can just hate your life.

I don't like attention. I went with my 3-year-old girl and she used a lot of alcohol gel, which I told her was too much and I took her back to wash her hand and a man came out to tell me that I had to control my daughter. It was a problem. accident and I corrected her but the way she told me was not kind at all. And getting out of that problem, the procedure I went to do did not simply put a bad disposition either.

The manager here has to be the absolute most unprofessional & rude person I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. After he got caught telling a boldfaced lie concerning some documentation, which his subordinate tried to cover up for. I expressed that I had valid reasons that I didn't trust this bank anymore. Instead of inquiring as to how it could be rectified or Offering a solution or even basic understanding he displayed a TOTAL LACK of customer care & interpersonal skills & became snarky & nasty stating I was just "complaining" & why don't I just stop banking there as of moving billing cycles, reassigning account numbers etc is a 3 second job. I have been loyal to SunTrust for years, but this manger was flat out disrespectful. He is a gray haired Hispanic male, but I don't know his name. Extremely nasty manager! Don't bank here. Save yourself the stress.

I went with my son and mother to open and account for my son was between 4:40 to 4:42pm, one of the guys there approach to me and he asked me which transaction I would like to make, I told him I want open an account for my son, he told me that I have to go another day at least 30 minutes before 5pm, I said I already here, so you can left around 5:10pm, they have the worse customer service, then I asked them that I want to talk with the manager, he told me she left, then another woman approach, I explained again but this one was worse than the other, now she told me that I need to make an appointment, and when she saw all the coins, she said you have to count them and put them in a case each of them, this people are so rude and unprofessional, I never received this kind of treatment.

That’s the worse bank ever. I can’t explain how frustrating it is when you can have your money

Don't want to be at this location any more, the banker was very rude and discriminated against me. I close my two accounts.
In this town I have been discriminated against on several occasions for being Hispanic.
A banker with long hair and the manager were rude to me, she asked me rudely if I had an account with them.
So I decided to close my account.
And continue with Bank of America only.

Bankers don't seem to have a lot of experience doing wire transfers. Suprising and concerning.

The one teller is so rude. I’ve been a bank customer for 3 years and for $200 withdrawal she not only required my ID but two other forms of ID and so condescending and rude about it. I actually drive further to go to Coral Springs where everyone is polite and professional

I went in last Thursday at 11:15 AM to open a new account and there were 2 employees and NO customers and was told no one could sit with me to open an account. They were also pretty rude.......WOWZA! I would have to drive 5-6 miles past this branch to another branch to hope for service.

I guess as far as banking...they are friendly enough. It's very busy here and only 2 tellers so maybe they could step that up to get a 5th star.
