I am currently leaving this UPS store very upset. I was sent here to do a fingerprint/ background check. I went in line for a little bit until I saw the fingerprint machine. I proceed to follow all the instructions until they asked for a technician. Matthew came checked my ID and went back to help many other customers that came after me . I understood they were busy so I was patiently waiting and trying to do it myself. At some Point they should’ve said she’s also a customer too. Let me go and help her cause they saw that I was waiting . It was two people in there now working and one just walked in . It was around 4:50pm with no crowd now and the girl told him ,you help her I’m about to leave. He came for two mins and went back to moving boxes. The new employee clocked in and I asked for help again only to get we are busy so call the number on the screen they can help you . I’m guessing it 5:05pm so now she definitely not helping after 5. I to call the number for assistance while they moved and taped up boxes . The point is they could’ve spent five minutes of their time to help me out instead of it taking me 30 minutes plus. The attitude was like fingerprint thats not our company so she’s not a priority. I don’t know if that’s the protocol that the fingerprint people aren’t important but definitely check that attitude of your employees.

Store is poorly run, line out the door and I had to stand here for 20 minutes I won't get back. I'd of left but I had a big package to drop off and would have had to haul it back to the car. Most ups stores I go to and I go often have quick turn around times.

The reason was the great espetacular service provided by Maria. I wish all the stores worldwide have a girl like her. The was another lady also, very polite and in a very good mood! The entire staff of the store was very polite and nice! Thanks Maria for the great customer service provided to me!

I was in the store yesterday morning 5/29 and the girls working so very helpful and sweet! I wish I had got their name but I forgot. I hate going in UPS stores but my experience was great and both girls helped me and make it a very smooth experience!!! 10 stars!

I had some packages to send out on Monday morning & I had some questions about everything, but Lisa was so helpful & just lovely that she made the whole thing a very happy experience. I went In a nervous wreck and went out a happy person.

There's a lady that works there and her name is LISA ROBIN And what a great person she is.
And every question that I had for her. She had to answer for it and a great sense of humor and a very pretty lady I might add. So anybody that goes to the store?The UPS store and she is working there.She will definitely be helping you and she knows her job.😊
