OPEN SUNDAYS!!!! Good service, always busy. Has new updated Amazon return system that a child can figure out. Very convenient that they're open on Sundays.

I live in Parkland and I use this UPS store many times per month. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, but Nicolas stands out far above the others. He's always personable, friendly, engaging, and very patient and understanding when your phone doesn't connect or you have the wrong label etc. It's always a breath of fresh air going in there and people like ˜Nick could teach some others who deal with the public a number of things.

I came in with two big Amazon returns of chairs I couldn’t fully disassemble. They didn’t fit in their original packaging and I was ready and expecting to have to buy new boxes that were either massive or split each order into two boxes and pay a big chunk in extra shipping costs.The employees here could’ve easily let me do that. It would’ve been less work for them. Instead, Nick rearranged one of the orders to make everything fit perfectly and for the other suggested I get a new cardboard box that he could then combine with the original one to essentially make one giant box without any extra shipping costs for me. He went above and beyond. More than just Nick, all of the employees in the store were in a good mood, engaging and eager to help.

They keep it clean and it's always pretty busy. I could be picky and say this or that, but it's the same crew there daily and they seem to be working hard to get their customer's serviced. A few more smiles from the staff would be welcomed. Overall it's a good UPS store compared to others I have gone to.

I normally make my Amazon returns at this location. Today was particularly special because the customer service was phenomenal. The employee was extremely patient with helped me with ALL 9 of my returns. I didn't feel rushed and she made sure I didn't get overwhelmed by the line.

This UPS location is by far the best UPS Store that I've ever been to. The employees are consistently friendly and extremely experienced. They bring the word quality service to a whole new level!!!!!! Use them for all your small business needs and Amazon returns.

I shipped out a package about a week ago and lost my tracking number. I called to see if there was anything I could do alternatively. The gentleman informed me he was the only one working and he was assisting a customer so I happily waited. 5 minutes turned to 10 and by this point I was agitated as I called within the half hour of opening. I got in my car, still on hold, and drove to the store myself. I am now on hold for a total of 20 minutes. I walk into the UPS store to find NO CUSTOMERS. Maybe he forgot or something but there shouldn't be an excuse for a 20 minute call hold. If the store cannot handle to have one person working at a time, they should put two on the shift because the customers suffer due to lack of care. Unfortunately I will have to come here again but I will try to pick a new location to give this location a chance to redeem themselves and get better. The one and true reason this was not a one star review was because the man was apologetic and kind. Otherwise, bad business.
