Just upgraded phone from Coconut Creek store. Cole, the rep, who took care of my order was awesome. Saved me on monthly fees which was nice surprise. Cole was so thorough to make sure everything was as he said it would be. I admire that especially in todays world where people will say anything to make a sale. I will defenitly be returning to see Cole for my next phone purchase.

I recently visited this store to exchange my daughter's phone. Marcia, the sales associate, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was transparent and honest when I inquired about opening a business account, and referred me to the business department for more accurate information. While she may not have been the best person to assist with business accounts, she excelled in handling regular consumer accounts and was a pleasure to work with!
