It was my regular service and they were suppose to fix my inflated tyres which were at 26 psi. They didn't even care about it. On top of it when I called back for rechecking they cut my phone. Very very poor service and absolutely bad customer service experience. Can't believe this is a BMW service center.

STOLE over $2000 worth of belongings from my vehicle while in their possession! Management refuses to call me back regarding the theft. Back story: Dropped our car off for services, returned to pick up car at later date and was told they were unable to locate our vehicle even though we already paid $4300. Left without our car and was told "they accidently sent the car to auction" in west palm and they don't know how it happened. We were able to get our vehicle back however the entire car had been wiped out, cologne, radar gun, sea scooter, magnetic phone charger as well as other miscellaneous items that were in the car was stolen. BMW confirmed that had a video of the interior and yes in fact the items were in the car at drop off however since then we have been jerked around being told someone from management would contact us. This has not happened and now we are forced to go to the media and obtain legal counsel. Tried to settle this internally but apparently hard working families get screwed over while they rob people Absolutely worst experience of my life. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

A horrible, horrible service department. Do not come here if you're a woman because they do not respect women at all. I had to call them after eight hours to find out where my car was. What was happening asking for a callback from my service rep never got one.the next day I contacted them and they told me they couldn't even do anything with my car. They didn't have the parts available but again no callback and if I hadn't reached out to them, I wouldn't have even known do not go here it's awful. Gif p9

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at Vista BMW on December 13, when I brought my 2021 BMW X5 M50I for a scheduled oil change. Due to health issues, I had to reschedule this appointment twice. Upon arrival, I met with the service advisor, Mr. Steven Ruth. He suggested additional services, including cabin filter and brake pad changes, which I declined.Mr. Ruth informed me that I was three days past the due date for my third complementary oil change, which was to be covered by BMW. Despite my explanation about the health-related rescheduling and assurances from the appointment center, Mr. Ruth initially refused the complimentary service. He later proposed to accept the free oil change only if I agreed to paid brake pad service, subject to the service manager's approval.After a wait, Mr. Ruth returned, confirming the service manager had agreed to the terms. Reluctantly, I consented to this arrangement. The services were completed in about three hours. However, approximately a week and 125 miles later, my dashboard indicated a need for a brake pad change. Returning to Vista BMW, I discovered there had been a misunderstanding: the agreement was for a brake fluid change, not brake pads.In discussing this with the service manager, Mr. Mark O'Sullivan, he acknowledged only the brake fluid change and complementary oil change, suggesting any miscommunication about brake pads was a matter between me and the service advisor.This situation is disappointing, especially considering my loyalty to your brand, evidenced by multiple vehicle purchases and referrals, including my son. The sales team at your dealership, particularly Mohamed and Fred, have been exceptional. However, the service experience starkly contrasts with the high standards I associate with BMW.As a resolution, I am not seeking free services. My concern is with the integrity and transparency of the service provided. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate if the general manager could address this issue. It's been a week since my visit, and I have yet to receive a follow-up call.In conclusion, while I admire BMW's vehicles, this experience has left me questioning the quality of customer service at Vista BMW. On August 18, 2023, I walked in the VISTA BMW COCONUT CREET DEALER located at 4401 W Sample Road in Coconut Creek, Fl 33073. I was the owner of a 2015 mini coop, that I enjoyed, and it was being fixed at the shop. It was costing my husband and I a lot of money to fix every month, so we had to decide whether to fix or invest in a new mini coop. Hubby and I decided to walk around and look at the new mini coops they had on display in the Show Room. One did catch my eye and while touring and reading up on its feature Mr. Duan Crawford introduced himself in a very friendly manner. He asked if we needed any help and if we had something in mind that he could probably show my husband and me. What I loved about Mr. Duane was that he took the time to understand what we were looking for and the budget we were on. We explained the situation we had with our present mini coop and being at the shop while we were looking, maybe it was time to upgrade from 2015 to 2023. He showed us a mini coop on display Show Room 2023 fully equipped. The Island blue color on the mini coop was pretty on the car and he explained that the GPS works with an IPHONE and mentioned Android. Duane Crawford execution was outstanding in handling from the moment we entered the showroom and towards the exit of adding the red bow so I can take a picture for my Instagram post. He was excellent at all levels. Duane did work the numbers to where my husband and I felt that we could afford it monthly. I want to thank Mr. Duane for all his efforts in making sure that I will be driving off with my brand-new mini coop. Vista BMW never disappoints with its sophisticated show room and the latest BMW rides you could imagine. Plenty of parking, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Nice clean building inside and out. They also have a small café inside the building as well. I want to personally thank Mr. Duane Crawford and Bill Curran, the Finance Manager, who explained Gap Insurance to us and other warranties that my husband and I purchased to keep up with our vehicle. I love the fact that when you do call, they do not hesitate to pick up the phone and help you with any situation or find a solution regarding your call. We want to thank you both and we can't leave out our Casey Finn Service Advisor & his assistant, who is also on top of their game in the Mini Coop Department. You guys make a nice team, and we are so happy. The only disappointment was that the GPS only works with Apple cell phones not Android Samsung cell phones. After a few phone calls in trying to get the GPS to work properly when I purchased the car, The team decided to mention after the sale that unfortunately I need a new cell phone Apple brand for the GPS to work. That was my disappointment. The Vista Team decided to mention after the Sale that the app for an android they have not created yet. That information was given after the sale of the vehicle. Right now, my GPS in the car does not work. I must use my GPS Maps on my android cell phone when traveling. I wish this key information was told to me before the sale. It's the little things that make a difference. Overall, the Service is excellent. I just felt disappointed that I am an android Samsung Fan that mini coop did not come out with this app for mini coops. Please give a big shout out to Mr. Duane Crawford for taking that extra mile from beginning to the end. We appreciate your service.Maria & Tony E

The worst BMW dealer I have ever been to and the worst advisor I have ever talked to. George, the advisor was extremely confusing. the way he was "helping" was with a very poor attitude and zero empathy. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor when they are offering to change 2 run flats tires charging you $1,200.... insane...when George went outside, even his colleague sitting on the next cubicle told me "I don't understand what he is talking about, hope you are because he is very confusing"The overall dealer is just bad, left feeling very frustrated.

It was supposed to be an easy morning, brought my car in just for a battery change, hey told me to wait the car for just one hour, they took over 5 hours to get the job done, totally unacceptable for just a battery change.

09/08/2023 @4pm ESTMy X3 had coolant pump issues, I paid $1500 for the fix, I pickup my car and here you go, exact same issue shows on the dashboard after just stepping out of the dealership. I have no words to describe their poor service.Response from my advisor : They are doing another pressure test now… coolant was low. Give me 10 more minutesNo fault of my advisor, there should be a Quality Assurance Process09/08/2023 @4:38pm ESTI just got a feedback that I need to spend another $2700 as the current issue is fixed according to my advisor but there is another issue they just noticed. And surprisingly the error showing on the dashboard within 15 minutes of my driving out and back to dealershipWill keep you posted

I took my car in for regular scheduled service, performed and they discovered a screw in my tire. Luckily I have the tire maintenance package. George is my service advisor and stays on top of everything and informs you of any issues.

I'll start off by saying that both Vista BMW and BMW North America have both reached out to me asking how my service was, and this was my response to them(Have yet to be contacted by either):I purchased my X3 CPO back in '21 from Braman. When I purchased, I told the dealership that I did not want to incur any additional costs, and they added a $1,200 maintenance plan. Turns out, that not what I asked for, I wanted the Ultimate Care, but no-one told me the difference until last week when I was told that my rotors were warped and needed brakes for the SECOND time at 50,000 miles(I had already had them replace at 30,000 miles. When your service advisor told me I needed brakes, he stated that the ones that were installed 20,000 miles ago were no longer under warranty, but since I was PAYING OUT OF POCKET, that the new rotors came with a 2 year warranty. (HOW COULD YOU NOT WARRANT THE ONES I GOT LAST YEAR????????) Now, I was told that BMW would cover the cost of the labor and I had to pay for materials for $900. I had no choice but to allow the work to be done. Then, I was told my car would be ready yesterday, and now the price is $952.99, which I told the advisor I would not pay because he told me $900! I should not have had to pay anything because your team put those brakes on and didn't last! Regarding the Ultimate Care, I called Braman and they were less than helpful telling me that there was nothing they could do even though I was given false information. Ive had nothing but issues since I purchased this $50,000 nightmare, which is why I've been to three different dealerships for service....Services: General repairs & maintenance
