Was there last night, and Joni Ann and Manager "Matt" were a great help!!! She helped me look at other items for my family member with food allergy issues, and we spent extensive time looking at the sale items " as well as other choices, they are both " very educated " I am glad Walgreens is selective on their hiring process(overnight staff shift) and hope they are both getting raises asap ! And a high ( overnight differential pay) you can pick up all household items you may have forgotten there.

Let me begin with this: I LOVE WALGREENS. But today's situation was extremely disappointing. Today being Christmas Eve, I had a late doctors appointment and they sent my prescription over to my local pharmacy. I received notification that it was ready approximately 4:30 ish and headed over. I arrived and hopped in line with 1 person ahead of me just before 5pm. The next thing I hear is "Sir, you will be our last customer". I said, I beg your pardon, I am also in line. To which the response was "Well, we're closing; he is the last customer, and we want to go home to see our families too." Let me be clear, no one asked for that level of inconsiderate customer service. Not only was it insulting, it was hurtful because you never know what someone is going through. I recently lost a family member, and this is my first holiday without them or any local family. Not that I expected them to know this, but a little holiday cheer and consideration goes a long way. In addition to now having to wait to days before I can get my prescription that was ready for pick up, I also have to deal with the swelling up of emotions brought on by an insensitive customer-facing team member. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they went home and to come back tomorrow. A little customer care would really go along way.

The only location that has a worse drive through window process is the one on Hillsboro and Llyons...
But this location LOVES leaving you on extended hold times on the phone, and will also hang up on you causing you to have to call them back because they will NEVER hang up on you and call you back, so you have to start the LONG HOLD PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN, which is REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This pharmacy has 2 drive through lanes, and they typically will help one car in line than the car in the other lane, which would be common sense right? We'll apparently, the 2 females that were working the pharmacy this Friday 10/04/2024 from 6pm to 7pm were unable to help the cars in the outer lane and kept ONLY helping the cars that were in the inside lane, and when I mentioned it to them they said there was no way to tell who the next car in line was... If it wasn't for the THIRD car that was in the inside line ALSO saying something about me being next and I've been there for over 45 MINUTES WAITING WHILE THEY CONTINUED TO HELP ONLY THE CARS ON THE INSIDE LANE, ID PROBABLY STILL BE IN THE LINE WAITING!!!!!!!
WALGREENS PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE IN THE PHARMACY WITH ENOUGH SENSE TO HELP PEOPLE IN THE CAR LINE BY TAKING TURNS WITH BOTH LANES THAT ARE OPEN AND TO HAVE A LITTLE COMPASION WHEN DEALING WITH PHARMACY RELATED CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU ARE DEALING WITH SICK PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT THEIR MEDICATIONS!!!

Should have negative stars! Google please make that an option. Not at Walgreen cares since they have more one star reviews than any Pharmacy I have come across. This is by far the worst customer service and the worst pharmacy that Walgreens has you stand online for at least 20 minutes, even if there is not a person ahead of you and nobody in the store. There were 15 people working in the pharmacy and nobody help you. We have been trying to get something filled for two weeks every time I go in they say they have to order it. It is still not here. It is not even a difficult medicine to get. They take advantage of the elderly. Their pharmacy staff is incompetent, they do not help, they do not care. They make up things as they go along. We are transferring our prescriptions. I wish anybody luck that uses this pharmacy because you will need it.

In my humble opinion, I have had a bad experience with a girl at the pharmacy many times and I have asked for my medication for a year after my depression. She always denies me my medication. She only gives me one and then she brings me to my house and tells me that there is more medication. I don't understand. Because she is like that, she knows how to make things very easy for me, she doesn't give me everything, and since I have more medication, she says I haven't already reported her to a cashier guy who is very kind, but she keeps denying me my medication, it bothers me a lot. Why is she very haughty, spoiled, the boy told me that she has had many complaints about her. In my opinion, I don't want to continue asking for my medication. The other girls at the pharmacy are very rude. It's not just her that's happening to me, it's more her. Say no, there is no more medication and I repeat, there are 4 and then the other girl checks and there is the medication, someone has to be something, otherwise I will continue giving my opinion.

Most of the employees are nice and I usually don’t have to wait very long to get my Rx. Calling to get information, however, is a nightmare. Several times now I’ve been put on hold for 20-30 minutes, then hung up on. I’m way better off just driving there, but I shouldn’t have to that. Management PLEASE hire more employees for customer service. With the exorbitant prices of medication, you can certainly afford it.
