I want to say that there’s three special employees at the Walgreens at the corner of lyons and coconut creek parkway they are the following Scott , Jada Brooklyn, no matter what time of the day or week I go through drive-through they greet me with asmile and good afternoon with my last name in my opinion Walgreens to recognize these three employees promote them. Give them a raise even go as far as Walgreens take notice of how these special employees treat. Their customers who come to the drive-through pick up. The prescriptions I highly recognize all three employees. I highly believe the other employees and other Walgreens should take notice of how professional these three employees are I am so honored to write this and honored to say this thank you, Joey GOURLAY

Woman answering the phone at the pharmacy around 5pm had such a bad attitude! I called with some questions about filling a prescription and she was extremely unhelpful in her answers and seemed annoyed that I was even asking her to begin with like I’m supposed to know how her job works. Who is training the staff to treat people this way?HORRIBLE customer service and do unfortunate because I’ve never had a bad experience with this pharmacy before.

Chris the manager or should be manager helped me today with my FedEx shipping order. It says online that they are a full size FedEx site maybe I read it wrong. He slipped it into an envelope and sheathing for the label and sent it out for me. He helped me 3X in one visit. Exceptional customer service and professionalism all the way out the door. He needs a promotion or a raise.

THE WORST WALGREENS! Won’t spend 1 penny in that store ever again the rudest pharmacy people. If I could give this store 0 stars I would! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Only way this pharmacy gets better is if they fire the whole staff and hire new people!

I transferred my Rx's to Publix over two years ago.Stop calling my doctor to refill my Rxs.You offer poor service, I have calledmultiple times only to be left on hold or hung up on. This is just a small sample of why I chose Publix and I've been extremely happy with them.

Unfortunately this store is not recognized by great customer service. Sometimes I think myself why some staff members take the job if they don't want to work there, because they are always with a bad and face, unhappy, make customers feel bad. And in this type of business you have to make your customers happy because in most of the time they are there because they are sick. So please managers.... From a manager to managers... re-educate your employees, I will have the greatest pleasure in the world to come back here and change my review! And I would like to make it clear that not everyone is like that, there are good employees in the store, but those in the pharmacy are the ones who need to learn how to provide customer service.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Pharmacy around. I'm done with them. I went in three times in abiut 2 weeks and even told them I wasn't in a hurry if pick it up later or the next day and they never filled my prescription. Even though I transfered all my information and prescriptions when I switched to them from cvs per my insurance this year I was getting told by cvs (my prior pharmacy) they filled it. When I tell thrm thr last time that I grilled a card out the pharmacist says it's my responsibility to transfer the script but factually speaking I'm supposed to fill that card out and they call the other pharmacy with the number i listed on the card. I can't have incompetent people filling my medications.

The Very Worst customer services ever. The pharmacy department is horrible, consistently rude both in person and over the phone, late opening the department, again consistently. I will give them five stars in ALWAYS disappointing you. That is the only thing they are GREAT at!!!.

I think the pharmacy should train their people better on how to treat their customers. Some employees there are very arrogant and treat people like garbage. Im if they don’t appreciate their job they shouldn’t be working there.

Horrible staff, the night pharmacist, a young black female, is horrible. Even when you try to explain your situation in a nice formally manner, she is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

This particular Walgreen’s on Coconut Creek Pkwy is horrible. The staff, including management, are very rude. I’ll stick with the Walgreen’s on 42nd St and Sample Rd. Even the Pharmacy and pharmacy Manager Christie is excellent at the one on Sample. IThey are like night and day! I will not even go there for convenience any more!

Manager Juan is very rude! Wouldn't help me find meds for my child and said to not to come back to the store. Store needs management that actually cares about customer service. Do not go to this Walgreens.
