This has to be the worst store for customer service.No one knows what the other person is doing.You stand there looking stupid while they're doing their stupid shit and not taking care of believable

The posted store hours (8am to 10pm) seem to be a suggestion rather than accurate. Arrived at 9:40pm and found the doors locked, lights on, employees walking around. Fortunately, there was a 24/7 Walmart not far that has all the same crap and then some. When is Eckerd making a comeback?

I've been trying to get a coupon added to be able to afford a medication and nobody seemed to have the patience to help me until Christina (from pharmacy) answered the phone. She took the time out to hear me and to assist me get my medication with the coupon I've been trying to apply. Thank you, Christina!
