The ABSOLUTE WORST Pharmacy around. I'm done with them. I went in three times in abiut 2 weeks and even told them I wasn't in a hurry if pick it up later or the next day and they never filled my prescription. Even though I transfered all my information and prescriptions when I switched to them from cvs per my insurance this year I was getting told by cvs (my prior pharmacy) they filled it. When I tell thrm thr last time that I grilled a card out the pharmacist says it's my responsibility to transfer the script but factually speaking I'm supposed to fill that card out and they call the other pharmacy with the number i listed on the card. I can't have incompetent people filling my medications.

Manager Juan is very rude! Wouldn't help me find meds for my child and said to not to come back to the store. Store needs management that actually cares about customer service. Do not go to this Walgreens.

I have tried on many occasions to do my prescription business with this pharmacy as it is very close to my home. At the drive up windows, there is always a long wait even if not many cars in line. I have spent as much as thirty five minutes waiting for my prescription and ten minutes after giving my name and address for it to be handed to me. Last wednesday I was give two prescriptions to be filled by my doctor. I brought them right away to the inside counter and was told there would be a two hour wait. When I returned 5 hours later to the drive up window I was first in line. I was able to get one of the prescriptions but was told the other one had not been scanned into the system. This negligence is inexcusable in the medical profession where health and life depend on competent and caring service. This pharmacy should give their employees the training they need to behave responsibly and/or hire more help!

Incompetent and rude staff, doesn't take accountability for mistakes. Pharmacy uses excuse of "being busy" as a reason to mess up orders unapologetically and talks down on other pharmacy locations. Pharmacy manager literally told me that two other locations twiddle their thumbs and this particular location only prioritizes getting the medication right as a justification for not running it through insurance before having automated system contact patient for pick up. What good is the right medication when someone forgets to apply your insurance and you don't have the funds to cover the full cost?

This was my pharmacy of choice because it is so close to home, but the pharmacy has the worst time management and customer service experience. They give you an estimated time frame of when your prescription should be ready ok that's great but then you call just to make sure it is ready the person on the phone says yes it's ready for pick up. Fast forward one hour later just to make sure it is and then told you still have wait because it's not ready. Communication training is needed at this location.

I waited on the phone to renew a perscription for almost 20 minutes, which is understandable during these times. However, once I spoke with someone and asked a simple question, she put me back on hold. After another 15 minutes of waiting for an answer I hung up. I'd rather have the doctor send in a new perscription elsewhere.

I have to agree with the others here about the pharmacy staff. Mistakes with medicine, rude personnel, both pharmacist and their helpers. If you have another choice AVOID this location. there's a particular guy in the pharmacy who has an attitude problem and is extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I don't think he's ever heard of customer service. The fact that the management allow that kind of behavior is appalling. 0/10. Will never be back.

This is the absolute WORST Walgreens's I've ever had the displeasure of shopping. Almost every single time I go there (the past three times for certain), there is an item that has the incorrect price point very clearly displayed below it and dozens of others. Tonight it was a difference of $10. And even though I went back to show the ladies and took a photo, they would not honor the price that was clearly displayed below DOZENS of the same item. I will 100% never shop at this Walgreens's (and probably not another one) ever. CVS, you're getting all my business from here on out!!

This store don't even deserve one star !! I came in at 4:50 they scan my prescription and told me to be back in an hour which I did . I came back at 6 and to be told my prescription was never scan so I had to wait 10 more minutes. So I came back and still they didn't have my full order but worst of all the girl working there Florist is the worst !! Horrible attitude !! I was about to explain my situation and she said and I quote " are you going to pay or what ? I ain't got time for stories " and she turn around ! At this point I ask for manager and said he was not available !! Came around and the girl even gave attitude to her manager !!! She never apologize and kept rolling her eyes left to right ! While manager chasing her and asking to please apologize!! I am visiting my elderly mother in coconut creek Florida and she called the pharmacy tonight at 7:30pm. She was on hold for 15 minutes and we decided it Was time to hang up. I am glad it wasn't an emergency question. I Mentioned that we should go tomorrow and wait to ask the question in person. She said that you will wait forever there and then they will tell you that you need something and they can't answer the question. I am from New York and use CVS as a pharmacy and I have never ever been put oN hold. Unheard of. Never rude, never put off and never had this experience. Time to switch pHarmacies. Will do that tomorrow. Shame on them.

The pharmacy's employees only care about making a quick buck, I went to buy a medication prescribed by my doctor and when I called my insurance they just told me to show my card and the medicine would be discounted, I asked the lady employee for my medicine, she told me that it was over $200 and that wasn't cover by my insurance I tried showing her the card and she didn't want take it, once I asked to speak with the manager and ask for the corporate number she realized she was getting in trouble and passed me on to the other female employee, at that point I started calling the customer service number and the female employee started checking my insurance card in the system and told me that my insurance covered almost all the cost of my medicine , processed the sale and charge me the right amount, after I left, I called my doctor's office and asked them to change my future prescriptions to Costco pharmacy instead, I will advice anyone coming to this place for prescription drugs to go elsewhere or make sure they know your insurance covers the cost or partial cost of your medicine.

Management is rude when inquiring about point circumstances. Told me to go after a simple question. Shopped here for many years and will avoid at all costs now. Stay away - unless you need something at 11p.

I've had such great luck with make-up with a girl named Sanjukta. Sanjukta is mainly there in day hours. I'm getting the best color choices from her choosing abilities. Also I believe some of the items are pretty clean I'm not reacting. I even had reacted to organics because of the processing chemicals
