This Walgreens pharmacy is notorious for putting you on long holds then they pick up the receiver and hang up, and if you are lucky enough to get to speak to someone, they will not fully listen to your request before they are putting you on hold again. Plus their attitude is never pleasant. They are the worst! Regional and/or district manager please take note and make some improvements.

I stopped there to get a chap stick. The sign read $1.89, but if you buy 2 it was $1.49 each. I took 2 to the register and it rang up $1.89 twice! When I said the sign said $1.49 for two, the cashier asked if I wanted to join their rewards program to get the savings. Instead, I walked out. I hate when a store puts up misleading prices like that!! I drove directly across the street to Publix, expecting to pay more - where there was no rewards program. To my shock, they had the exact same chap stick as in Walgreens and they were only $1.00. I guess a rewards program is not always rewarding. Just very misleading. I will never walk into another Walgreens again!!!!!!

No wonder this location has one star. It truly has the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens and the longest wait time to get your prescription filled. They have no regards to your time. I was told to wait 20 mins for my medication and after being in the the store for 40 mins I decided to leave. The pharmacist whose name tag said Linsie was dismissive and just lacked any sort of people skills. His whole body language demonstrated he did not care. I was told it would take longer and only after I asked twice, was I told that it'd be about another 10 minutes. He even suggested I "go to the front to check out my groceries", although he clearly saw I intended on checking out with him. Just horrible customer service. If there was a zero star option I'd go for it.

Can you say "horrible service." That's what you get at this Walgreens. If there was ever a horror movie based on a pharmacy this location would be the main star. Because it's scary to come here and be treated the way they treat their customers; horrible! Unlike the previous post suggested, it's a shame that whoever is in charge of this store, manager regional VP, CEO, does nothing about the culture at this location. Will be transferring my prescriptions to CVS right across the street.

Like most of the other reviews, this.place is a 1 star. Staff is slow and unattavive. They dont have a sense of urgency. Most of the times the place is a mess.

AVOID @ ALL COSTS Whole staff is horrendous , cashiers move at snails pace everybody drags their feet when they walk they never open up a second lane even when it's backed up to the photo center . Always have issues . Today was the last straw with the pharmacy losing my scrip then telling me to wait 15 minutes and comeback or come inside. I waited 20 minutes for 1 car in front of me prior but for 15 minutes they wanted me to leave and come back and wait. After 10 minutes the pharmacist told me to leave for 5 minutes he could have been doing his job. But he didn't want to do his job he wanted to tell me how the cars behind me couldn't wait the 10 min they were there for him to fix his mistake. Even though I waited for 20 minutes for a single customer. It's been 4.5 hrs since I dropped off my scrip still no indication it's ready
