This place is terrible, the customer service representative was extremely rude and acted like a car salesman, I had to swap out a tv box and the one he gave me also didn’t work, make sure you plug it in at the store. Or better yet try another company if you can.

I’ve always came to this store whenever I had a problem, this store has never let me down with their service. The past 2 visits Oran has helped me out with a lot of information and is very patient with me. The only downside with my experience is that I’ve always scented a bad odor coming from his way. I really hope the employees have enough time to clean the store, and especially themselves.

The service was amazing, A young gentleman named Anthony helped me out a lot and gave me all the details that were needed so I can walk home stress free. One thing is Anthony had white flakes on his shirt, not sure if that’s something I should be worried about.

My mother recently passed away and I had to go in to take care of her cell phone account. Devin helped make something very difficult for me to do (emotionally) extremely easy and he was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much :) other staff who helped me before he handled it were all very friendly as well.

I went to the store to ask for a copy of my billing, they mentioned that they couldn't provide me without and to call the customer service team. Called customer service and went back to the store. They still refused to give me a print out, payeed off my phone to cancel service and join tmobile to get a rebate of 800 for my phone. But because i can't get a billing statement showing my phone number and amount payed for the phone. I will not be receiving any of the money. Supervisors in the call center can't provide me with any information or sent me any bills because technically the account is closed. The supervisor told me i am not a customer anymore and that they are not required to give me any information. Horrible customer service, I really want to start a lawsuit against them. Worst customer service experience i have ever received.

Today’s date is October 19, 2023. Went to return extra equipment that this company sent me at this store. I arrived at 9 AM when they open. Nobody was in the store. A nice young man finally open the door at nearly 9:15 AM. No manager in store. The transaction went fine. Par for the South Florida Xfinity store not opening on time. This is not the first time this is happened to me at this location.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I’m sorry but the employees working here have zero knowledge. I went the first time to return the rented modem - that I had already disconnected 3 weeks ago. The person who assisted me proceeded to say “the modem shows like it’s being used” although I had the modem in my hand and did not turn on… he then went and disconnected my own modem off my account and left me without internet. I went home that day - called customer service and they re connected my modem and discontinued any other modem. I went back to the store the next day… another incompetent person told me “ oh no you can’t drop of modems here because we can’t find it on your account”. This of course made absolutely no sense since it’s an Xfinity store WHICH LITERALLY TAKES BACK ANY EQUIPMENT. Well they decided to tell me I needed to call customer service and “get a label and a box” so I can ship it to them…… I called customer service and they apologized and said everything I was told made no sense. She just told me to leave the store and take it to UPS where they will just package it and ship it with no information needed …This store needs hours of training and employees who actually CAN assist their customers.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I actually like Xfinity/Comcast and have no complaints regarding their technical side of things. However, I had a minor billing issue which I couldn't resolve online, and ended up scheduling an appointment at this store. The young associate essentially lied to my face, and said (incorrectly) that that's how things were supposed to be and that there was nothing he could do. I had to spend another few hours online afterwards in a slow chat with an agent just to have the problem taken care of. Very bad experience with this location, I will definitely avoid it in the future.

Went last Saturday to get a new modem and expected a long wait because I didn't make an appointment. However, I only waited about 30 seconds before a customer service rep, a very nice young man named Devan, came from the back and opened an extra customer service area and waited on me immediately! I was in and out with my new modem in just a few minutes. Devan was very friendly, helpful and efficient!! Thank you Devan for great service!

I honestly had a very good experience at this store, im not sure of the name of the young man that helped me (he wore glasses and was pretty young) but the customer service I received was way above what I expected! I came in to exchange my modem because lightning struck in front of my house and fried mine. He informed me that I didn't have the correct modem for the speed I was paying for and was also able to switch my plan, saving me over $120 a month. I had been wanting to switch my phone service from T-Mobile but just hadn't gotten around to it and even though the store was about to close, he went through the whole process of switching over with me and didn't let me leave until it was working perfectly. Honestly all of the employees were extremely helpful the entire time I was there and were pretty entertaining on top of being helpful. I will definitely return to this location if I ever need to again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The system was glitching and wouldn't let me acknowledge my order. Instead of the other employees helping they decided to be rude. After being here for over an hour just to pick up a modem. I started getting frustrated. I was in no way rude or yelling. Just obviously frustrated. Instead of trying to empathize Diego and the other employees started to antagonize me. Their tones and attitude just made things much worse. I kept asking for them to call technical support and none of them listened. There was a major glitch. Instead they hand me a number to leave and have the modem shipped. Even after I told them I run a home business and needed the modem desperately today. They IGNORED THAT. I took the number. Called from the lobby. And the tech support team was able to fix the situation and get me the modem before I left the store. I will never come to this location again. And I was trying to get phones and home security. Definitely won't be through this store.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Been with Xfinity/Comcast for many years. What you get for being a customer for this long time is employees trying to pick a fight with you the moment you walk-in. Worst nightmare ever, They are a bunch of scammers.Went to get a new phone and the agent offered me a $500 rebate to buy a new iPhone 14 if I opened a new line with a new phone number. It ended up being a scam just to sell the phone. On my first invoice, they charged me full price and no one at the store or customer service offered me any solution.

This location is a third party store and rips people off. They sold me a mobile plan WHICH I had explained I only needed for 3 months. They sold me a plan withholding the fact that internet is a prerequisite for this. I've since been charged close to $800. No I have to waste hours and hours to try and get my money back from corporate.They should loose there dealership!
