Extremely disappointed with my experience at YALLA Supermarket. I purchased several items, and upon opening one, I discovered it was spoiled. When I reached out to the store for a refund or exchange, they refused, citing their policy not to accept returns on open items. Despite explaining that the item was clearly spoiled and not fit for consumption, they were unwilling to listen or offer any resolution. It's unacceptable that they're selling spoiled goods and then refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. Their lack of customer service and refusal to make things right is appalling. I urge others to beware of their poor quality products and unhelpful customer service policies. I will never visit this store again !

This is family owned business that takes pride in what they do. All orders are made from scratch and with love. The ingredients are so fresh. No canned goods. The food is incredibly tasty and authentic that it almost feels like you're eating in Lebanon. Great find for all palates. Friendly service. Must check it out! You'll thank me later.

I have not visited this store in almost a year. They were great a year ago, they've only gotten better. The place is pristine, very clean. The shelves are well stocked with authentic ingredients; spices, sweets, breads, nuts, syrups, tahini and the list goes on. All items in their refrigerators and freezers are fresh and authentic. The food is authentic, fresh and incredibly flavorful. They get a check on everything that is important to me in a restaurant and specialty grocery store. I'm a foodie and love really good food. I found it here. There was a little mix up. Really a very honest mistake that delayed my order a little and Mike as well as Maha(sp) the lovely woman that prepared my food went above and beyond in expressing how sorry they felt for the delay. They took amazing care of me. They were and are wonderful sincere people. Please support this business. You won't regret it. The food is amazing. The people are kind, genuine, caring and very service oriented. I was welcomed and appreciated...this is what they showed me. Thank you. I'm so glad I stopped by. I will make it a point to tell as many as I can about your establishment. I will shop and eat there more often. I appreciate your great food and service; I apreciate all of you. Thank you.J

I found this market after moving to FL in search of an Arabic market and it’s been my favorite since! I get all my favorite items for my cooking and I always pick up a delicious hot cooked meal to enjoy while I get back. Between the freshly made hummus, mousakka or the desserts behind the counter…everything is always delicious. The people who work there are also the kindest and I always enjoy being in the atmosphere. Thank you guys!!

I ordered a knefeh at the store and although I love it, I am disappointed that the last time I was there I was charged 8.99 whilst the website states it’s 7.99. I also purchased the “ice cream” baklava and it was sour. I don’t think it’s supposed to be sour as I ordered before and it was delicious.I love Lebanese food, and have tried the adjoining restaurant (the server was a very lovely girl). While the food is good, the discrepancy in the price and the inconsistency of the quality makes me hesitate to go back.
