I had a catastrophe of a flood that ruined my plans for the week! I was very frustrated, but made a call to Servpro. Expecting a very difficult time and frustrating day, I was pleasantly surprised when Jhon Showed up and help me feel relaxed. It was gonna be taken care of. You explain the process and made it go very smoothly. And we were able to get the situation taken care of. We called Servpro of South Miami and they came to the rescue.Jose was my point of contact. These guys knew their stuff - they got the water out and dried everything up like it never even happened.But here's the cool part – they didn’t just fix the mess; they made our space look as if nothing happened, just in time for the event. I recently had a bit of a disaster with a fire at my place and called up SERVPRO of South Miami for help. Honestly, they were amazing. Jose got to my house super fast, which was a relief. The crew was extremely friendly and knew their stuff. They took care of all the fire mess - cleaning, fixing stuff up, you name it. I was really impressed with how they paid attention to the little details, making sure everything was just like it was before the fire. They kept me in the loop the entire time, which was great because I like knowing what's going on, especially with my house. The quality of their work? Top-notch. They really made the whole situation a lot less stressful for me. Big thumbs up to SERVPRO of South Miami, they did a fantastic job!

Wow wow wow all I can say is thank you to Guille and his team for the incredible work. I can’t tell you how scary it is to see it raining from your ceilings. I was so afraid! But the team at Servpro in South Miami got to work right away. Respecting my home by laying down paper so my floors wouldn’t get dirty. They immediately brought in huge dryers. They cleaned up all the standing water. They reassured me and even helped me with the insurance claim. I hope this never happens again but if it does, I know who to call.

I was extremely impressed with SERVPRO following a house fire that caused significant damage. They were extremely professional and took great care to explain their actions and address all of my concerns. SERVPRO was able to come to my home quickly to handle all the water damage I had. I was in a panic mode after my pipes burst, and I was happy that SERVPRO showed up quickly and efficiently. They didn't charge me extra for the late night emergency service they provided, and they were very professional. We used ServPro for a deep cleaning of our new Club House! Mind you its NEW construction so imagine the level of cleaning they had to do!! Not only did they accommodate us in LESS than 24 hours, they arrived promptly, ON TIME, with ALL PRODUCTS ready to get to work! They cleaned my entire club house with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 offices and 2 common areas in less than 8 hours without missing a spot!! I can not wait to need them again!
