Central Florida Transport (CFT) receives mixed reviews from its customers and employees. Some praise the company as a decent, down-to-earth place to work, highlighting its flexibility with drivers and the personal touch despite its large size. Employees mention that the company is accommodating and maintains good communication, making it a good place to work with reliable support when trucks break down. However, many reviews express frustration with the company's service and management. Customers and others criticize the company's poor time management and logistics, describing the service as "garbage" and noting a lack of care for customer property or safety. Several reviews mention drivers dumping materials indiscriminately, sometimes blocking off areas or ignoring instructions, which leads to damaged property and safety hazards. There is a recurring theme that drivers do not follow directions or monitor their tires properly, creating dangerous situations for those nearby. Some reviews also suggest that management seems more focused on profit than on hiring dependable, knowledgeable employees or improving service quality. Despite these negative comments, there is a slight acknowledgment that the company has shown some willingness to improve after setting standards. Overall, CFT is seen as a company with potential but one that currently struggles with professionalism and customer care.
Please have a meeting to teach your drivers to stop when buses are dropping off children. It's not hard to see, they are huge yellow vehicles that have flashing lights and a Stop sign that pops out when they stop.
You can probably Google photos so your drivers can see an illustration.
