As a company driver you will work 60-70hrs the pay won’t add up. I also did the LP and once you get into that. Dispatch will put you at the bottom of the line and you won’t get the decent paying loads anymore. The ladies in the HR office are pretty friendly. However MR Luis will talk to you tough behind the phone but won’t be nearly as bad when you see him in person. The man try to degrade me and when I address the issue with the same energy. I was fired. If you give them a two week notice they will fire you as well. I quit honestly don’t recommend it. Non of the truck will pass a DOT inspection so they have you travel all back roads to avoid the major roads.

Had one of y’all’s drivers nearly slam into my work truck on the turn pike around 1:30pm red cab and grayish drump truck bed. I was just before the cab of the truck in the adjacent lane when he started merging and ignored me blaring my horn at him them merged anyways almost hitting me and blaring his horn. Then he proceeded for over 4 miles to repeatedly get behind me and get as close as possible to the back of my truck barely not taping the back of my truck I was about to call the police when he finally backed off.

While I work there, they don't fix the trucks.
I got into a fight with somebody and got choked and punched.
All because i climbed up on the truck and asked the driver what his problem was. The mechanics treat you like shit some of the employees are nice. Some of them like to talk about you. You
Gotta work 80 hours a week. Just to make a decent paycheck, they do favoritism to the people that have been there, the longest if I was going to recommend someone to work there, I tell him to run the other way

Please have a meeting to teach your drivers to stop when buses are dropping off children. It's not hard to see, they are huge yellow vehicles that have flashing lights and a Stop sign that pops out when they stop.

This place lets any idiot that could hold a steering wheel drive for them. They think they are in little cars and pull out in front of other semis and then act like you're the one that did wrong. Their safety department does not care that you have a complaint about their drivers. They hire any idiot off the street with a fresh CDL and lack of experience

Worst company to ever work for they don’t care about their drivers at all right after training they gave me a truck that was leaking oil like crazy a trailer that didn’t have a liner in it so I wasn’t able to do a lot of the loads. I wrote my truck up as soon as I got it for leaking oil and the mechanics don’t fix it and kept it for like a week all they did was add oil to it. But they are sure to call you when you have hard brakes or if you touch your phone and threaten to suspend you or fire you I never made a paycheck over 600 dollars. If you have a family to maintain like I do I’m just trying to save you some trouble please avoid this company if you can.

At hwy 44 & rock crusher road, driver came up so fast next to me to “merge” and he just pulled over and had I not run up on shoulder he would have driven on top of me, then immediately had to slam on his brakes to avoid rear ending car in front of me, you could smell the tires and brakes. Unfortunately could not find a truck number. But this was at 8:15 in Crystal river. Driver is a menace

I work for a company that uses cft and this is by far the worst time management logistics I've ever seen.... poor
If I could post negative stars I would. Some of the dumbest individuals in Florida, it would be nice to have people that can follow directions and not do as they please. They dump where ever they please and don't care that you have places blocked off. They'll dump in between the blocked off area. Pure trash
Jesus christ, even after a month these people still continue to do as THEY please.

This is the "I don't care" service this company provides....
So, for all you CFT Drivers who "DONT CARE", now I don't care. So you come in, dump, and flop your trailer, that's your bad.
