Don't even waste your time trying to call. They literally never answer the phone at any hour of the day, and the voice machine doesn't even give you the option to be put on hold till just a "try calling again goodbye". For such a big bank that utilizes their clients funds for there own gain you'd think at least that they'd have this figured out.

Terrible customer service. We have all of our personal and business accounts held with Chase. I asked specifically what documentation was needed to open an additional business account and was told only the standard EIN information. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told my husband also needed to be present. Opening accounts is standard practice at most banks, why wouldn't the branch be able to provide accurate information to gain more business.

Worst chase bank ever. Only one teller, only one old style walk up atm, and one at the drive through. This place needs an update.

Drive through is the tight area but it's a little crowded & cramped. I gave the 3 stars because the employees & location are good. Hours could be 8 to 6 like it was once. I've been going here since it was a Washington Mutual location.

No sense of urgency!! Went to this branch for a wire transaction and sit there for over 50 minutes while the gentleman that was to assist me talked football with another individual. I do not have that kind of extra time to waist and had to leave.
