“I got my wedding dress this year and I needed to get it hemmed, as well as the fabric under the armpit extended for more comfort, and every place I went to told me they couldn’t do it except for Black Diamond. The owner and employee there are very friendly and perfected my wedding dress, as well as my tea ceremony dress, at a very reasonable price. They let me try on the dresses they altered to make sure I was satisfied and when I asked them if they could do a few more minor things after I tried the dresses on, they went ahead and fixed them at no extra cost. It was previously Lisa's Closet, and the owner sold it to one of her customers who renamed it Esoterra Boutique. I was happy to see they maintained much of the same great quality and selection of items. The previous staff still works there as well. Today I met Karen for the first time, and she was absolutely lovely. I felt as though I was shopping with one of my good friends. I dislike pushy salespeople, and she was anything but that. Only good, honest suggestions and feedback. I left with some great little pieces that I can't wait to wear.
