I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Marco's Pizza, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The pizza was incredibly delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and fresh ingredients. My overall experience was quite disappointing, prompting me to rate it with 2 stars primarily due to the inadequate customer service. Despite ordering a large deluxe pizza, upon arriving home, I discovered a small cheese pizza inside the large deluxe pizza box. While I recognize that errors can occur, my frustration escalated when I approached the manager about the issue, only to be informed that nothing could be done and that the fault lay with the Uber driver, despite the fact that I personally picked up the order.I’m never ordering from here again, plain and simple.
