We had a very negative experience at Primrose of Cooper City. The majority of the red flags stemmed from the teachers, admin and owner not being trustworthy - a lot happens behind the curtain there- and not communicating with us at all about what was ‘going on’ in the classroom for the first 10 days my child was enrolled. As far as I knew, and from what I could tell from the photos they sent on the parent app, all was great. We spent a total of 20 days there. Then, after 10 days, things changed ABRUPTLY after the enrollment admin gave away a spot in the younger class that she’s promised to my younger child after a nearby school closed and they had desperate parents at their door trying to enroll. I expressed my dissatisfaction and then half an hour later the same admin called to tell me I needed to come in the next day to discuss whether or not Primrose of Cooper City was the right place for my older child. The meeting with the owner, director and teacher was very negative. They were super eager to assign blame for every problem in the classroom on a 5 year old versus admitting there may be something wrong with the way the classroom is managed. They prepared a list of bad things my child had done from an observation the owner admitted she did earlier in the morning. These complaints consisted of not sitting down during circle time, being upset at two children that had been BULLYING mine for two weeks and not silently raising his hand. They said he was ‘hyper’ and wouldn’t sleep during the 2 hour rest period and was always trying to read books. (They don’t allow the children to read or even bring in a book from home during nap time and they are expected to be quiet for 2 hours at ages 4 and 5) It was clear that the owner and her staff do not have a full grasp of the challenges our little ones face coming out of the pandemic. In fact, she told me ‘how long are we going to blame the pandemic?’ As a response during a separate conversation we were having where I was trying to explain that he has had very little practice being with groups of kids. The owner then gave me an ultimatum, either go to my pediatrician and have scheduled to be ‘evaluated’ read- he has some pathological problem that needs fixing because we are not the problem at all - by the end of the week or else. My pediatrician laughed. We spent the next ten days being systematically pushed out of the school. Everyday I came in, the owner would complain to me about what a ‘problem’ he was and the teachers would complain at pickup. They even went as far as to say negative things about him, IN FRONT OF MY CHILD, which deeply affected his attitudes towards school. Often, the challenges that the teacher described conflicted with what the owner would describe. It was a gross over-reaction to a child adjusting to school and instead of being met with compassion and understanding, (or even the desire to understand )and involving me from the onset, the owner made him a villain and targeted him unfairly in favor of the other students in the class (especially one of the two girls that were bullying my son) who I believe she favored and was related to.I felt like she was just trying to say whatever she had to for us to leave. In the end, we are happy we left and my son is doing super well in a school just 2 miles away. We would not recommend Primrose of Cooper City to any family with a child who’s an accelerated learner, may be behind, has not been in school before. Plus, it’s extremely overpriced for such rigid system.

Absolutely love this school! The administration is so friendly and caring! You are always greeted with a smile from the front desk admin to the owners! Ms. Kayla & Ms. Yulisa always went the extra mile to ensure that parents knew what was going on in the classroom. I couldn’t have asked for better teachers for my daughter. They supported the students and made learning engaging. I will definitely be enrolling my other daughter once she is a little older.

I will start by saying I drive 30min each way to send my child to school here. Upon moving to the area, I was in search of a school that met my expectations as it relates to curriculum, staff, and overall facility operations. I found that at Primrose Cooper City and I couldn’t be happier. As soon as I stepped in the building I knew my child would excel here and be exposed to learnings that would aid in her social and intellectual development. The entire staff is equipped with the training to care for and teach the students, the facility is pristine, all children are offered an array of foods to develop their palates and there is encouraged parent/teacher engagement that I appreciate. The staff and student-body represent a diverse background which was another area of importance for my family. Overall, if there is a place I need to send my child to for several hours each day, I am happy that I have Primrose Cooper City as an option!

Very special place for my 2 year old daughter. It feels like home, and I never have to worry whether she is safe or being well cared for and above all she enjoys her school and her teachers. Very friendly and approachable owners on site daily to address any concerns. I definitely appreciate their involvement.--Celia Ramirez

As a parent, choosing a preschool to entrust your little ones with is met with so much anxiety. We are so happy we found Primrose School of Cooper City! Our eldest attended Pre-K and just started Kindergarten. Happy to see that she was clearly fully prepared, if not over-prepared and is transitioning to elementary school seamlessly. I'm sure this was in thanks to the guidance and teaching she received at PSCC. She loved her teachers Ms. Kayla and Ms. Yulissa and still asks about them all the time. Now our youngest is attending PSCC and it's such a relief to know we are leaving her in good hands. This school is a well-run, organized, clean, safe, and warm environment. You get plenty of communication from the management team, and photos and updates daily from the teachers. They also make it easy on parents by including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Highly recommend, it is definitely the best option in the area.

I couldn’t recommend this school enough. My oldest went to PSCC for 2 years when he was 3 and 4 and is now excelling in elementary school. He is one of the youngest in his class but has been scoring in the 96th percentile in math for kindergarten and 1st and I know it’s because we sent him to PSCC! I remember having a question regarding his academic performance while he attended and his teachers made sure to meet with me the very next day and answer every question I had! We now have my daughter enrolled here for VPK even though we now live 20 minutes away but we couldn’t imagine enrolling her anywhere else, making the drive worth it! She loves her teachers and they dedicate so much time to helping her succeed! They truly go above and beyond providing daily updates and pictures, as well as communicating with parents! Thank you for making us feel like family and taking such good care of my children!

PARENTS SAVE YOURELF!!! This school is not a good school. It might seem nice and preppy from the outside but a horror story on the inside. Watered down curriculum, teachers never stay past a year, you can get more for your money at different preschools with teachers with more experience in this field. PSCC hires untrained staff.I'm shocked they are even still a four star.this school is full of lies and betrayal. Ask them to show you the teachers tenure. None of them have been there for atleast 2 years. Just like show me the carfax show me the tenure. For the amount of money your paying there's school that give better education than primrose of Cooper city. To them its just a business, not about the care of staff, and without happy staff, how can a child be happy when there's a new face every 3 weeks .

We were fortunate enough to choose Primrose Cooper City when they first opened their doors. The level of education and care has been exceptional throughout the years. Our daughter Sofia just graduated and we have received such good feedback on her knowledge base and preparedness for Kindergarten. I strongly attribute this to the instruction of her VPK teachers Miss Kayla & Miss Yulisa. They go above and beyond day in and out!

My husband and I started visiting daycares when our baby was about 3 months old. At one point my husband said, “well I guess I’m going to quit and become a stay-at-home dad” - that’s how scary some of the daycares were. When we visited Primrose we immediately put down the deposit because it felt and looked different.Sending your child to daycare every day is so hard but, we’ve seen the skills she has learned exclusively at daycare. The teachers worked with us through bottle refusal, learning to eat solids, and much more. One Friday she came home clapping and my husband and I both looked at each other because it wasn’t something we ever taught her intentionally.A special shout out to her teachers Ms. Jacinta, Ms. Badewattie, and Ms. Madhavi. It’s obvious that you all provide special care and attention to each of the infants in the classroom. Thank you ❤️

I was new to Florida and did not know where to put my babies but once I walked into Primrose school of Cooper City I knew this was the place I wanted them to be. Everyone was welcoming, the environment was so warm & extremely nice.My sons infant teachers Ms. Jacinta, Ms.Madhavi and Ms. Badewattie are really great with my son. They are so welcoming & happy in the morning when I drop him off. He is so happy to see them every morning with a big smile on his face & that makes me feel so great leaving him with them knowing he's happy & well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for better teachers for my son. I know he's getting all the love & attention when I am not with him & I'm super happy about that.Thank you :)My daughter is in the pathways class. She ABSOLUTELY loves going to school & loves her teachers Ms.Paola & Ms. Cynthia. When I switched her to primrose when we first relocated to FL everymorining she said"mommy are we going to the new school". I knew right away she was with the right teachers in the right school. Everyday my daughter comes home & pretends to be Ms.Paola & Ms. Cynthia & says she's the"teacher". This shows me how much of an impact they have on my daughter & I'm super happy there her teacher.Thank you for making my kids happy & thank you primrose for having awesome teachers.

We have been using Primrose of Cooper City for the past 2 years and have really loved everything about it. Every teacher and staff member there is super friendly and makes us feel right at home. The infant classroom has always been exceptional (we have now had two kids in this classroom). Ms. Jacinta, Ms. Mahdavi and Ms. Budwattie are so sweet and loving to all the babies and work very hard to make sure each one is fed, changed and sleeping according to their individual schedules. They’ve made it such an easy transition for us to be able to go back to work and feel so comfortable leaving our children in their hands.

I cant say anything but amazing things about this school! From how clean it is to how friendly everyone is. But, the infant teachers are AMAZING! They love my babies so much and take such great care of them. I feel so safe and happy with the 3 of them watching and caring for my babies everyday. They love them like their own ❤️and I know my babies love them as well because they give them the biggest smiles when my little ones see them ?

I can not express enough how grateful and thankful I am for Primrose School of Cooper City. As a former teacher, I can tell you every single person here truly cares for the kids and each other. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the friendliest and most beautiful happy smiles by some amazing people, The smells that go through the hall by the chef Ms.Wendy is truly something you need to experience for yourself! It smells and feels just like home. The owners genuinely are so hands on and extremely loving and caring towards every person who walks through those doors. I am so happy I had the opportunity to work in such a beautiful place. I recommend working here because you truly do become a part of a family. Work-Life balance is one of the best things here. If I were not going off to Boston, I would work here for the long run! Wishing I could give more stars!

This school is literally the perfect example of a wolf dress as a sheep. They are experts on pretending to be nice , accommodating , inclusive and pretty much picture perfect. Major disconnect between teachers and management/owners , I would get a completely different report from the teacher and what Alison the 20 year experience Expert had to say about my son development constantly . And yes I emphasize on the 20 year experience because she just loves to throw that in your face to excuse the fact that they are under staff and are not keeping children safe. I can honestly write an essay on this place , but bottom line don’t put your child here & if you do because of the fake shine ✨ keep your eyes OPEN…

We discovered Primrose School of Cooper City during a stressful period last spring when our previous school closed unexpectedly. As you can imagine as parents, this caused concern and worry being under pressure to find another school to enroll our son quickly. From day one, our experience with the owners and staff at Primrose has been outstanding. Early childhood learning is based on trusting relationships. We've been impressed with Primrose's commitment to building these relationships with parents that are based on mutual respect and a shared responsibility. But unquestionably, without a doubt, one of the main reasons we've had a great experience at Primrose is our son's phenomenal teachers. We know they are the glue for all the other elements of quality. When it comes down to it, teachers make or break a child’s experience. A big thank you to these two incredible women who are continuing to nurture, educate and care for our son.
