True value was a great place to get hardware with out going to Home depot or Lowe's and dealing with the lines and searching all around for item. It was an in and out process. Friendly helpful employees. Unfortunately it's going out of business.

This company never refunded my money for a site to store pick up order that I never picked up it's been over 30 days. I was promised a refund and it never happened. Lowes or home depot customer service and product is the best

True Value is on the corner in a plaza off of Hiatus.. I've had excellent luck finding hardware items quickly. The staff are always helpful and usually stop to chat a bit. If they don't have an item, they will offer suggestions. I like the mailbox that I purchased here. It was just basic bit my neighbor didn't like that I didn't purchase the same as hers from Home Depot. A plain white regulation mailbox that had lasted me several years with no problrms I saved 25% over the big name stores .

Here at 5:00. Sign Clearly states open today from 8 to 7. However, doors are locked and all lights off. Just a few months ago they stopped being open on Sundays. I guess this is a sign that true value doesn't know how to compete in today's world and will probably be closed in the next 6 months. Home depot, here I come.

Amazing attention to detail. Friendly people that really know what they are talking about. This is a business that the local community should really make an effort to support. Thank you for all you do!

I will never walk into this piece of crap store again. These people have the worst attitude for a retail store. Cooper City can do without this pathetic place. Would not take back bolts I bought by mistake. Really?

True Value in Cooper City offers the best service around. They greet you immediately when you walk in and assist you right away. No walking up and down aisles looking for an associate, going up to the front desk to have the missing associate paged, waiting 15 minutes and then still no one showing up, and/or having an unknowledgeable person from another department attempting to help you as frequently happens at Lowe's and Home Depot! I left a line of very unhappy people today at the Customer Service Desk at Lowe's in Southwest Ranches and every single person was complaining about long waits, lack of service, their annoyance at having to hunt for an associate, etc. People were just about fighting one another to get help from the occasional associate who passed by. You won't have this problem at True Value in Cooper City!

I'm impressed. I was offered assistance immediately (try that in the big orange box store) and they actually had what I needed where the other place did not (out of stock). So, I'm a happy camper. Didn't have to wander all over a convention center size store to get what I wanted, and I felt welcome. Didn't have to check myself out, either, which is a nice. They seem to have about 90% of what I want in hardware, tools and so on and it's much more convenient and friendly. Support your local business and expect to be impressed.
