my experience was amazing! I had to get
finger printed and the first time i tried somewhere else was bad so i was nervous and this place was so helpful! there was a girl there i don’t remember her name but she helped me through the process step by step she truly was amazing! that kindness goes a long way! it really helped ease anxiety and i got it done thanks to her help!! recommend this place highly!!!!

There was no wait. At a time when most stores are cutting back staff, this store had all registers open. Fast, friendly service! 10 min parking right in front.

This has been the worse ups location I have ever seen . They charged me $240.75 to deliver a package to great fall in Washington in two days and they delivered it in 6 days and knowing the contents of that package will go bad unless it is delivered in two or max three days and that is why I paid 240.75 . When the package was not delivered the fourth day I go to them and asked them what is happening and I do not want that package to be delivered no more they say you have to wait till we deliver the package if no good through in the trash which is what we did and than they will issue a refund . After the day six late evening the package was delivered on day seven I ask them for refund three times they said they file the claim and they brushed me off for good little while and find it funny too. And give me phone number to thier cooperate office who will not answer or take calls . So I called my credit card company and they answered to them the package was delivered only 4 days later so they did not refund my credit card . This was not the service I paid for . If they had told me we may deliver this in 6 days later I would not ship it . This was defective shipping . Imagine if I wanted to ship that package in 5 or 6 days would have been $40 even with fedex would be $65 to be delivered in 3 days but these poeple cheated me and make fun of it too .

I don't know why this office makes people buy boxes, I say this one because another one doesn't do it... I went to return a Scooter bought on Amazon in its own new box from the manufacturer and the girl who works there told me that I had to buy another box because according to her the inside could be damaged, I explained to her that this box was the original one from the manufacturer and that apart from that one there was another box, the original one and another reinforcement one inside, but she kept telling me that I had to buy one from them, in total they charged me $79.88 and she told me that if I called Amazon they would refund my money, well I contacted Amazon and they told me that it couldn't be that Ups made me pay for a box when the product comes in its own factory box. I will not return to this Flamingo Cooper City Office, I feel scammed!!
I recommend that if you are going to return items from Amazon or another site and have your own box, do not go to this Flamingo Cooper City Office, because they will want to sell you one of their boxes and there is no need to waste your money, simply go to another UPS Office and they will do it with your own box.

This store should remove it self from accepting Amazon returns. It has 5 employees in there on their phones always and denying or turning customers around if the tape on the package is even slightly off. They consistently deny business especially after after the new ownership. I’ll drive further to the next ups store with employees that at the very least look up when you walk in.

It’s nice having many location options for The UPS Store for quick trips to ship things out, package just about anything and also drop off Amazon returns. This location can get busy but they’re pretty quick and efficient getting through any long lines. They are located in the Countryside Shops next to The Melting Pot and dry cleaners.
Since UPS Stores are more convenient than the Post Office on most days, you shall pay for it too. But sometimes it’s worth it in a bind.
The staff here is nice. And the store itself is simple and clean. They took out all the extra stuff like greeting cards that use to be smack dab in the middle of the room. I have to admit I loved reading the cards while I waited in line.
Most people come here to drop off Amazon packages. It’s very convenient as Amazon returns are typically hassle free. You have the option to pick location for returns and it’s usually The UPS Store, Whole Foods or pay extra for pick up.
When you bring Amazon packages in, if the line is long, they have a return kiosk on the side which is AMAZING!!! Game changer. In and out quickly if you know how these work. Scan QR code, follow instructions, put your return item in a plastic bag, close bag, print label, put label on bag, and drop in designated area. Done and done! #YoureWelcome.

DONT GO THERE. WORST SERVICE EVER. On Saturday 11/16/24, At 3:30 pm I brought 3 items for return to Amazon. At 4:00 pm I was in the middle of processing the 3rd when the attendant abruptly closed the register and told me to come back tomorrow it's my time to leave. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE THEN DO NOT GO THERE. FIND ANOTHER STORE TO DO BUSINESS
