I just left this store. The sales person RUDE. Didn’t want to let me try different sizes and styles. Her disposition was “ NOT BOTHER HER”. Sales people like her should not have a sales position. Very disappointed about their customer service.

Great service from sales person at Merrick Park location. My 1 star review comes from a purchase on a pair of men’s shoes while on a business trip. I got a pair Randolph loafers, measured and fitted at California store. Sales person recommend width D. I explained to sales person my wish to have a pair of confortable shoes that I can wear while traveling for work and able to stand for hours and walk comfortably. A coworker raved about the shoes and service so I decided to try Allen Edmonds.
Shoes are very uncomfortable after 2-3 hours of wearing had to go back to hotel to change into another pair. Try to wear shoes for a second time same experience.
My disappointment is driven by inaccurate measuring and incorrect width recommendation. Can’t replace for correct width and only recourse is to have store stretch shoes for me. Never had issues with Ferragamo or Gucci, other Italian shoes. Honestly, I can’t shop the October sale or buy another pair of shoes from Allen Edmonds given my experience so far. Buyer beware, make sure that you purchase correct width…the trust pilot reviews echo same disappointment and sentiments.

Horrible customer service and attention. Additionally, if you ever need to call the store, good luck getting someone to answer the phone. If you do get someone on the phone, good luck getting your issue resolved in a pleasant manner. Should really hire better people.
