The staff was the best in the business. Not pushy but attentive and nice. They were honest about how stuff looked on me and made great suggestions for items that would make me look terrific. They applied all the discounts they could to keep my costs down.

My experience at this Ann Taylor yesterday was wonderful! New mom here adjusting to a changed body. Elias helped me find my clothing size and step out of my comfort zone with some pieces. Ann Taylor and the team at this store are lucky to have him there. The other team members on site were also very helpful. My mom, sister and I went when the store opened so it was a calm experience from start to finish. I also want to mention there was not loud music playing which made the experience very positive. Five stars for me.

Bad attention ! Several employees talking. None of them came close, I asked for a dress size and they told me they didn't have it. Leaving the store I see the dress and size I was looking for. They just talk and don't worry about selling.

One of the employees is SO rude. I was literally shopping for clothes and she asked me “are you waiting for your mom? oh ok.. can you just sit down so you’re not blocking the aisle for other customers.” Like girl the clothes “my mom” was buying were mine and I was looking to buy another $129 skirt too. No wonder there isn’t anyone shopping in this storw. Won’t be giving this place my money anymore, so funny how if you LOOK young you get given attitude. PLUS the manager was nearby, and she still treated me rudely. A regular employee having a power trip. She was wearing a black blazer with black pants while hawking the front of the store and looked old with crusty makeup that looked expired.P.S. I am double booted as I just had surgery on both of my feet and she made me limp across the store to “sit down” like a dog so that other customers could see. Hilariously inconsiderate.

Now this store is having an awesome sale on blouses, shorts & jewelry. The staff is very nice and helpful. They will order items for you and dip to your house free. Recommend this store!
