Went in for an upgrade. The store was great. Nico was available right away, he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing, making the transaction fast and efficient. Thanks Nico for helping me upgrade my phone.

They do not honor any of their product warranties. Then they send you to a ATT corporate store to get warranty. I was asked to then pay a difference on the new one even though it was the same charger that was under warranty! AVOID AVOID

Stopped by this afternoon and received wonderful customer service from both Abner and Sophia. I came in with a problem on my iPhone and within 2 minutes, the issue had been corrected. My phone’s call waiting had been turned off somehow, and they knew exactly where to go to turn it back on. Thank you both for being so helpful!

AT&T should always make sure that no matter of whether of if any of its own types of stores are ever at their biggest darn types of destinations or not, that their own types of services in all of their own types of departments are all always able to be as improved as possible to the very core in general and let alone, most especially even, that they all are all always able to make alas unlimited amounts of room for always being able to to talk about any types of techno products that they all ever actually provide to any types of customers in general aside from just always making sure to keep their own type of websites as updated as possible and all always translated into all foreign languages in general for the convenience of any types of users and researchers in general and all types of users and researchers in general regardless of their own types of forms of learning styles in general(visual learners, auditory learners, etc.) and everything.

ATT employee Abner assisted me regarding increasing Data usage on our bundled account, 2 cell phones and internet. He insisted the total bill would not increase more than $21 without changing our plan, well, it increased more than $100. The manager, Rolando, is not competent to read the difference in bills to resolve the problem and seems only interested to justify his employee's mistake and erroneously blamed ATT billing. After hours of calls to different ATT entities, a supervisor in the billing department could see the difference and the problem created by this local ATT store in Coral Gables, Florida where Abner and Supervisor Rolando are employed. Hopefully the problem is resolved and back to original plan after many hours of dispute.

Great customer service! Rolando helped me resolve an issue I was having with my phone in less than 2 minutes. Rolando was very knowledgable and answered all my questions! Brenda was also very helpful in helping on the phone call.
