We came to this store today looking for a new phone. We left with soooo much more for the same price. We are seriously sooo happy. Everyone was so helpful. Daniel, Yosvany, & Rafael. We were so blessed to be able to be helped by these 3 individuals. I really recommend this store for any of your AT&T needs.

Very good service from Brenda, she was able to help me with everything I needed and offered me an upgrade since I wanted to leave ATT, thanks to her and what she was able to explain to me I decided to stay. They sent me a message and I made a mistake in responding, I hope that by leaving this comment I can correct my mistake and not harm their excellent service

Brenda, Guillermo & Daniel went above and beyond to resolve all my issues. They fixed my problem in 10 minutes which I could resolve in 3 days.

Everyone is this store is ever so reluctant to help. I was more than half way done with a purchase and they would not accept cash to complete the transaction and ended up wasting my time and left with no phone. Every time I’ve gone to the store with a problem I was told to call customer service or handle my situation through Apple Care. Do not waste your time, do not go to this location.

The most incompetent person works here.. i came in to swap my phone numbers from two phones. The guy helping me seemed like he had no idea what he was doing from the beginning and I should have gone with my instincts and left right then and there. Instead of deactivating the sim on one phone he merged them together and now i am unable to use the other line. I spent two hours in the store going back and forth until I decided to log in to my at&t app my self and try and figure it out. I still wasn't able to fully figure it out but I was at least able to somehow activate the second line. When the guy realized that he is zero help and unable to complete the simple task, I proceeded to ask him then who would be able to help me?? he shrugged his shoulders and accused me of messing something up prior to me coming in there. I asked him to get the manager or someone who would be able to assist me considering the fact that he just deactivated my work phone line, he proceeded to tell me that the manager is able to come in 2 hours, but they close in 20 minutes. Then when I asked him if i can get help transferring all the information including contacts, photos, iMessages from one phone to another he proceeded to tell me that its not possible… when i called apple they told me that it is 100% possible as long as all the data is backed up on an icloud. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from at&t and I am shocked this man still has his job. I now have to go back to at&t tomorrow to get this all sorted out. As a business owner I beg you to train this employee to do better in both customer service and mobile skills. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.
