They stole $25 dollars from me. I bought a certified envelope to send my passport when the passport arrived they charged me 9.85 for the envelope plus certified shipping again. Nobody here told me that they were going to charge me again and they don't answer the phone, you can't communicate

What terrible service. We sent an urgent document to be apostilled, they said it would be ready in 10 business days and it has already taken more than 3 weeks. They almost never answer the phone, and when they answer they ask you to wait in line and they don't answer the phone again - I have been waiting for up to 15 minutes! And the 2-3 times I manage to speak to someone, Maria is never available and they are not able to give me information regarding my documents.
I had to go back and find out from the department directly if the document was ready. They have already confirmed that it is ready and sent, and yet AVIANCA does not respond to me or give me the document.

Very good attention. Personally, the people who assisted me were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with all the doubts I had, regarding completing the procedures at the consulate. A good place to translate and apostille any document you need to process.

I don't know who answers the phone but he is a very rude man and it seems like he doesn't want to answer the phone in that place. They should follow other staff who know about customer service or at least are friendly and don't leave people talking alone.
