DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!Same issue as other people.I wish I'd read the reviews before reserving my rental from this location, which doesn't exist. I showed up to pick up my rental and there's no office – after a 45 minute hold with customer service, I was forced to cancel my reservation and go to the airport to pick up a rental car. Avis is aware of this problem and has done nothing to rectify it – a gentleman working the valet at the original pick-up location told me people show up all the time looking for the Avis office and always end up going to the airport.We also had used some points. Those were not refunded after canceling.

They don’t have an office there. I have been reserved there for 2 months. Get there and the front desk tells me to call Avis. After calling Avis they cancel my reservations and make me go to the Airport location. Avis has been letting me down. Last 4 rentals have been a problem.
