The guy I called on 2023/12/11 around AM 10 is the worse associate ever. Im having a big issue with my account and the guy got my call heard that cut my call immediately. SO RUDE. And I made the call second time, he was just kept saying" you should call the main service center." ???? Never been treated like this before. Upset.

Used this branch services for 6 years. Not a single problem, everything would go smoothly and they helped me a lot, especially expediting some services that would take couple weeks.Now I am in CA, miss this kind of service. Here is total mess.I have seen people complaining about BoA in general, and preferring chase. However, my experience is quiet opposite.

I had to wait for than an hour because there were only 2 employees to take many clients as there are other branches closed. That should be improved. I would like to mention that the account executive Mike Ocampo, was very knowledgeable and professional addressing each of my concerns and I totally recommend him.

The worst customer service I’m Prefered client every time that I need a wire over limited they requested and appointment at they time not at the client needs this bank don’t respect the clientsWe work hard not for the bank play with our moneyIs not make any sense if you had a translation for a closing a property to get and appointment and put the closing in hold because your bank don’t have any appointments availableIncredible that’s why I take my money from Bank of America

I have been a customer of BOA for my personal accounts for many years and they have been good. Well, I decided to open a business account here and the experience has been nothing less than horrible. I opened the account and the bank officer (Carl), got my email wrong. When I came home and tried to access my account via online banking, I could not since I need to get a verification email. I can't call the 800 number either since I need the debit card number associated with the account and I have not gotten the card. I've tried calling the branch numerous times but no one answers. I tried calling Carl, but he has been of no help either. And to top it all off, the bank officer who opened my account (Carl), doesn't work there anymore. So here I am. I have a business account that I can't access and I am in the process of opening 3 QSR's. Baffles the mind... Even though I have been a customer for over 20 years with my personal accounts, I am truly thinking of closing this business account less than 3 weeks after opening it and going to Chase or any other bank.

Went there with a savings check of 30k from my late father from Raymond James. My bank is Wells Fargo. They pre-approved and stamped the check there and told me to bring it to Bank of America to cash and/or get cashier check. When I asked the two girls at the receptionist desk for help, they looked me up and down (I was wearing a workout jacket and baseball hat) and told me that they could only cash checks of 4k or less there unless I had an account. I asked about cashiers check and told them Wells Fargo sent me there and showed them the endorsement stamp on the back of the check. They were super not helpful, rude, and needless to say I'll have nothing good to say about B of A to anyone moving forward in the future. If I have to get in suit to get respect in a bank, then I don't want to bank there!

The tellers at this branch lie about what they can and cannot do. I tried to deposit cash into my employee's account using the counter deposit slip and the teller claimed that cash (!) was unacceptable. A check would be deposited but not cash. Who ever heard of a bank not accepting a cash deposit?!! Lazy or obnoxious people. I deposited the cash in a nearby branch without issue.

Stood in line for 40 minutes. One teller and line out the door and three people standing back there just looking at the computer but not taking anyone? Unbelievable that these people are so slow and incompetent that they can't see the line and take care of it before doing anything else. I am 100% canceling my card with Bank of America. There sitting back there making conversation with each other while there is a line out the door. How in the hell did these people even get hired?

If I can give this Branch less than one star I would !!! Horrible service! The tellers and staff have to type of urgency whatsoever. The manager walks around having personal conversations and does not even greet anyone. There are usually 7 people in line and one teller open at the window that doesn't even acknowledge the people waiting. HORRIBlE they need to replace the entire staff. Every time I come I have to walk half an hour !
