The Biltmore Hotel Miami Coral Gables is a beautiful, historic, and charming property, impeccably maintained and surrounded by green nature with a breathtaking view. The overall experience is special, with elegant details, very good restaurants, and a quiet atmosphere. The staff is great, kind, courteous, polite, and incredibly attentive, providing good service throughout. Many guests plan to return and refer others. It is noted that the property is historic, which can sometimes lead to a consistent alarm-like whistle from the A/C at night due to old pipes, though this does not affect every stay. The hotel is described as a cozy, delightful, and above-average experience.

Had a relaxing day at the pool and Andy was such a big part of it. He was beyond attentive and warm. You can tell he really cares about the guests and would definitely hope to see him again when we return!
