Attempted to return an unaltered tuxedo bought at an outlet Hugo boss. Went in on a Tuesday before closing and waited 20 min while the associate tried to figure out the computer system. Was told he couldn’t get it without manager approval and to come back the next day. The manager wasn’t in store and was unreachable. Came back on Wednesday only to be told that the manager was on a work trip and that we couldn’t return clothing from the Hugo boss outlet store to a “boutique” store. It says that nowhere on the return receipt. Hugo Boss completely waisted our time and information shown on the return receipt is misleading. We expected better from a high end brand such as Boss but can’t say I’m surprised we’re given the run around when attempting to return a product. Will not be shopping here ever again.

Come to this store to completely waste your time. I tried to return my clothing to this location, they told me to come back tomorrow when the manager is here. I come back the next day and the manager is on a retreat! They tell me they can’t help me. Complete liars in the store. Completely lost my business. Rude and hostile assistant manager. No way to run a business. This is a clear pattern by based on the google reviews!

I had an unpleasant experience at this store today. An item that I had purchased 30 days ago was at the end of its return period that I was trying to return. The on-shift manager told me she couldn’t process the return and recommended I return tomorrow when the store manager would be around. I mentioned to her that it would be beyond the 30 day return period tomorrow and she simply responded “too bad”.I’ve been shopping here for 15 years and am highly dissatisfied with the change in direction the store’s taken - both from a quality/fashion perspective as well as customer service. Needless to say there are plenty of other options to satisfy my work clothes needs.

Just walked into this store asking to purchase a shirt that was displayed in the window. Whoever the Spanish man is with the shaved head that works here, should be fired. Never been treated so poorly by a Sales person in my life! I have purchased lots of Hugo Boss and this experience has totally turned me off. The store was empty and he totally treated my mother and I like we weren’t even there and were not welcomed. What a disgrace to Hugo Boss. I hope the manager of this store tells this employee to get the chip off his shoulder and adjusts his attitude. Just awful.

"I have bought a lot of clothing here, and the quality of Hugo Boss leaves much to be desired. I don't know if it's the product or if the clothes are old because I've only worn a pair of pants three times, and they already ripped, the buttons came off, and the shirt faded after the second wash. I spent $500, and the quality is very poor."

Great Boss store with lots of new merchandise. I recently made several purchases for an upcoming European vacation. My salesperson, Mauricio, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again my friend! I will definitely be back.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at this location. As a long time loyal customer at this store I was treated very poorly when attempting to return a pair of sunglasses I purchased about a week ago that did not fit properly. I came with the receipt and everything but Gloria who was the sales person that assisted was not as kind when she was selling the other items I bought that day. She proceeded to consult with the manger who stated that they could not accept the return because of the price tag sticker of all things was missing. They only offered to exchange for store credit. Very dishonest and shady business practices. I will no longer return to buy anything here again.

I had an awesome experience at the Hugo Boss Store. Mr Danny Datolli is a very knowledgeable and stand up guy. Very well mannered, presentable, and courteous. He greatly assisted me in picking out my very first suit. It was thanks to his expertise, that I was dressed sharply. Great conversation, great service. All around 10/10. He dressed sharp I’m happy to have met him.

Love this store! Staff is the sweetest, and even if they don’t have your size they order it immediately.Didn’t know Hugo boss had stuff for girls until I visited Hugo Boss in Merrick Park ?
