Seem to be getting abused by the Claims department and Customer service Specialist at Chase. Not tolerated. I've been a loyal member for several years. This seems OUTRAGEOUS. SETTLEMENT please from Claims and their Customer service team for the inappropriacy it seems. caution to new members and etc members.. Hello my friends.. Pleased to meet you all. this seems concerning... Thank you for your valuable time, Annett Nicole Strahan #5181

These banks all have issues here. They don't like Americans. They don't like or hire African Americans either. Most of these places speak so much spanish that you won't feel comfortable in their banks. You'll feel an"undesirable" customer. These banks are all looking for large overseas business from Central America and abroad to be utilized by their Chase banks in Miami, FL.. That is not an a major issue, but these banks are unbalanced in implementing so much Latin styled security and not dealing with customers because of this. It's fairly grotesque. It's sort of like visiting a city in a Muslim country where the banks are open and on reserve for men. Everyone else made to feel unwelcome. After I got my real estate license I went into these banks and most definitely felt totally very uncomfortable in them. They are obsessed with security. Its unclear against whom. So this alone will make you uncomfortable in the bank here.

Wish I could rate a zero. If you are black or African American run the other way, they don't like black people. Went there one day to open a bank account and they was busy which I understood so I had to set up an appointment which I did. My appointment day came, and they ignore me again just like the first time I went. Nobody welcomed to me, and they ignored me both times let me seat in the lobby, and no one said not one word to me.

The location is clean and the staff is very thorough. There was an actual notary on staff which apparently is hard to come by! The service was very quick which I appreciated.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have had an account at Chase for many years. I came in a month ago to do some banking and asked if I could add my wife's name to my bank account. They said sure, come any time. I asked if I needed an appointment. "No, just come by any time." Finally we came. My wife had to spend 30 minutes each way to come, and arrange a babysitter. We arrive and they tell us because we didn't have an appointment, we will have to wait 2 hours. Obviously not going to do that. Incredibly frustrating. Will be closing my account.

Service here really varies. This location has a nice big space. It is also very clean. The service varies on who helps you. I found the women at the front desk are very good and polite. The guys sitting at the desk not so great. One of them was so rude to me, I couldn't believe it. He did not want to help at all. So lazy. I left and came back and asked help from another guy towards the front. He helped. They did nothing about the bad service from the rude guy who was still sitting there towards the back like he was some god. He was not a manager - just some everyday guy who did not want to work.

It's a joke, the four times I've gone, because it's the one that's closest to me, THERE HAS NOT BEEN *ANYONE* THAT ATTENDS ... only a poor cashier who tries to help some "ghosts" ... and the last time there was someone to complain to ... they treated me with arrogance ... if that's what I have an important account in that bank, how will it be to the poor people who use it just out of necessity !!!? ??

If you want to continually feel like you don't matter or no one wants to help you, go to Chase bank. They treat non customers like garbage and will not use common sense to help you. This location wouldn't allow me to use 2 picture IDs (a US passport and Florida department of health ID) to cash a $1000 check, because they said there was no "option" on the computer for my 2nd ID. It's nice to know our government tax dollars were used to bail this bank out, and to thank us they treat us like 2nd class citizens.

I have been disappointed with Chase Banks lately. Everytime you walk into a branch they are short staffed and the business bankers are not very helpful. Even more so at this branch in the Gables. They are rude and not helpful at all. I had to wait 30 minutes for temporary checks because the people on the platform were to busy doing nothing Please chase let's get this right. You were always excellent on customer service and now not so much. Read the reviews that are being posted

Very disappointed by the customer service at this branch. This morning I waited well more than an hour to speak to someone about my business account. They only have 2 people working with accounts, while having 5 empty work stations. While waiting, reps from their "private client" branch across the lobby keep strolling in and out, sipping their coffee, without even stopping to ask if they can help with anything. I usually deal with the Chase Bank in Miami on Sunset and 87th Avenue, where they are well staffed and I'm usually in and out within minutes. For a business owner that has to go to the bank several times a week, better customer service would be greatly appreciated.
