Bad service. I had an appointment at 10am, I arrived 3 minutes late, when I arrived they were attending to someone else, they were not even able to call first to see if we would attend the appointment, at least not who would attend to us, (Omar). Terrible, go to another branch.

Disastrous, shameful, resign for the good of the community. Terrible service, inept incompetents. I'm on the phone with Chase because I couldn't withdraw money from the ATM and the Chase representative who was on the phone with me asked to speak to one of the branch employees when I give him the phone after being on the phone for 45 minutes and he hangs up on the call, I explain situation and I ask another representative to assist me and the guy tells me to wait and they will attend to me and with the same guy who hung up on me. I had to leave the branch without my problem being resolved after spending an hour on the phone. 0 intention to do their job assist with the problems that the same bank has.

This chase I've been a customer for over 20 years. They change cashier's alot but most importantly they will not treat the disabled wheelchair users equally. My mother went inside as my representative to make a withdrawal. The cashier gave her a really hard time and I had to even call cooperate to escalate this customer service experience. I don’t recommend this branch to anyone

I made a wire transfer of $2600 at the branch and the cashier makes a mistake with the bank account for the beneficiary... now I lost my money... the bank do not respond... so sad... so disappointing... they are in addition very rude people...

very bad experience I just opened an account with them I have 4 weeks that I have not received my card I have already requested it 3 times and it has not arrived at my address the employees are good people but I do not know what happens with the system

I am a customer almost 4 years And we have business acount too But almost 1 year , when ever I went this branch , they don't have coins... it's ridiculous, so why you are charging from me monthly fee, how they don't have quarters.....

I have been a chase customer for 20 years. Called to schedule a notoray service was informed that they have a notory and they would take as a walkins and get there early. Got there before chase opened and waited for them to open and informed them I had one document to notarize. The notoary said she was waiting for a scheduled apt and could not take me until apt was finished. I waited 1 hr. After waiting 1 hr I infirmed them it should only take a couple of minutes to notarize, they said no because they have 2 more appointments. Instead of letting me know when I arrived that the notoray was not taking anyone she let me wait over 1 hr informed me she can't notorize my document and recommended I go to another branch that had a notary there (which turned out to be not true, she's the only notary available that day in the area). Realizing she only took scheduled appt to open new accounts (only the type they can make more money from) and made me wait over an hour. What a horrible bank playing games with the customers. Don't say you do notary then waste my time and then tell us to go somewhere else. Having used Chase bank in Boston California Georgia as I have always had great customer service and did all my investments, financing and bank with them. But this branch has the worst service I have every been in. I will never go back to this chase branch bank again and will close all my chase accounts. Move my finances and investment to another provider. There's no reason to do my business with a bank that only cares about making more money instead of taking care of their current customers.
