I've been banking with citi bank for well over 5 months now. These last couple of months have been a headache. The location here in Coral gables is terrible. Everytime you go inside theres no bankers. There's only one person assisting a long line of customers. You have to wait all day. My experience with citi bank has been the worst. There's other issues with the bank as well. The atm machines don't take Echecks. you have to go inside the branch and do a deposit. The buisness app is also outdated the interface isn't user friendly. There's not much information on your transactions. Citi bank is a very old system. Also they don't have many branches at all and theres no citi in Orlando, FL.I took a break from chase bank for some personal reasons but now I've decided to go back to chase. Cause citi is junk.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have been a member with Citi for 14 YEARS!!! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. The manager Carlos was EXTREMELY rude and RACIST toward me. He made comments about my hair and skin color!!! I will NEVER keep my money at Citi!!!!

If this bank is associated with shellpoint mortgaging than this is a mess because customers have no way of going to either branch to walk in and face to face talk with someone.my wife is having a hard time paying our mortgage if you are affiliated with this company it’s a coincident that neither place u can talk with someone face to face.

Embarrassing service!!
Got inside the branch at 3.45 pm There was another Client waiting for someone in the middle of the Hall..I had to make a deposit + withdraw and No one teller was there....I waited 10min and nothing.
I looked for any bank employee. I approached a gentleman that was seated in his office and kindly I ask if anyone was working as a teller....The answer was "I'm with a client'...and I thought ...who am I
Anyway after 20 years of Citibank it;'s time to change!!

No wonder why I took my accounts out of Citibank. The Alhambra branch is horrible. I was literally 16 minutes in the drive thru waiting, and it read "OPEN," and no one came. I called the branch and supposedly busy with other customers I got down and no customers

I have to wait 30 min because the lunch of the teller. The bank Citibank?? Really?? Incredible. Worst bank, and very bad customer service. And I don’t care if you share with manager. If this bank continuo doing that is waste time of your customer and that’s mean you don’t care for your customer. I just to have Citibank in the bank and remember I close for other bad experience. But for sure I will never open any bank account in this bank.

Do not bank here, they will freeze you account for no reason and not send you money forr 60 days and say too bad and bank MANAGER will fake a phone call and pretend to care and do absolutely nothing. Worst bank possible unless you want you money controlled by the Philippines. Not even EmployeesUse their own bank

Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you are new to this incredible city DO NOT open your bank account here at CITI. I am new to this city, I am here with a company transfer expat executive employment - I opened my account and transferred all my money into the account. It was blocked every time I used my card. Last time I went personally to the bank - this branch in Alhambra Circle where they opened my account, with my passport and my SSN to unblock my account and there response was: we cannot verify you - you need to receive a text message to a personal phone . I have a corporate phone - not going to buy a personal one - and the answer is “sorry we feel ur frustration nothing you can do”, in what world is a text message a better verification than the human presence ? Defies every logic. The branch manager didn’t do anything to help and just advised me to open an account on another bank! I am speechless - by the way still can’t unblock my money so I am looking for a lawyer! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE
