Do not bank here, they will freeze you account for no reason and not send you money forr 60 days and say too bad and bank MANAGER will fake a phone call and pretend to care and do absolutely nothing. Worst bank possible unless you want you money controlled by the Philippines. Not even EmployeesUse their own bank

Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you are new to this incredible city DO NOT open your bank account here at CITI. I am new to this city, I am here with a company transfer expat executive employment - I opened my account and transferred all my money into the account. It was blocked every time I used my card. Last time I went personally to the bank - this branch in Alhambra Circle where they opened my account, with my passport and my SSN to unblock my account and there response was: we cannot verify you - you need to receive a text message to a personal phone . I have a corporate phone - not going to buy a personal one - and the answer is “sorry we feel ur frustration nothing you can do”, in what world is a text message a better verification than the human presence ? Defies every logic. The branch manager didn’t do anything to help and just advised me to open an account on another bank! I am speechless - by the way still can’t unblock my money so I am looking for a lawyer! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE

Don't waste your time coming to the bank. For most of the issues you have with your account, they will tell you to call customer service. I guess this is the way it works now. Save your time and just call customer services. Good luck

The worst bank ever. It is Christmas ya'all. December 23 and this place has blocked My money and will not tell me why. The bot system tells Me To call the fraud department, when I did they told me they had no info for Me but they were closing My account and I will get a check in about 60 days. I went into the Alhambra Coral Gables branch and they told Me to call the same #. I told the manager to call with me cuz they hang Up on me and she refused to help me. Bottom line my child is home from school for the holidays and I have no money and don't even know why. They refuse to help me. Not one person in the branch or on the phone took the time to help and tell me what is Going on with my hard earned money. This place sucks. This is not right. That Manager should be fired! She should be working at the drive thru window where there are no problems and nothing to worry about other than the occasional wrong Order. What a piece of cake! The fact that no one in this place will take the time to talk to me and get to the bottom of this is unbelievable! Take Your Money out of here. Do not trust Citibank anymore. I heard they were not what they used to be but that was an understatement!

If there was a way to leave a negative 10 star I would.For starters of you run out of checks prepare to wait a long time at the branch because their online services are no good. You have to literally walk into a branch just to order checks. If you have fraudulent charges on your debit card GOOD LUCK.I just got hung up on because I couldn't get verified then they tried to send me a code to verify my identity which didn't work so I've literally been on the phone trying to report fraudulent activity on my debit card for an hour still unable to do so.The list is endless if you own a business and your time is precious do not open a bank with Citi.

Terrible branch. This was the 2nd time I've come to use the drive thru ATM and there was a car parked in front of it, blocking access to drive up. I went to report it inside the branch and the teller just shrugged it off.

I visited this branch in attempt to open a small business account and to keep it simple I was turned down in less than 90 seconds of speaking with a banker from this location. The bankers first question “do I have a website for your business?” Because I did not have one she didn’t bother to continue to try and help me or look for options to open the account. ( mind you it’s a registered business w/ tax ID.) in honesty just felt she didn’t feel I was a valuable customer to take the time and help me open an account. It’s okay tho TD customer service was amazing and a breeze on the account for my Business. I know where to go and where not and that’s for sure.

Terrible terrible customer service. Today was the second time this month I had to make an appointment to speak to a banker and they left me waiting for close to 2 hours both days when I showed up at my appointment time. The "manager" Aracely was helplessly walking around instead of trying to fix their "technical problems". When I spoke to her she kept blaming it on the system not being able to work however no one called me to cancel my appointment and reschedule to avoid wasting my time so it is not my problem. On another note they are not serious about the COVID-19 precautions at all. As attached below there was an older man with NO MASK inside the bank for about 15 minutes waiting in line. The manager Aracely passed by him about 5 times asking others if they had appointments or were waiting to be helped. Another client of theirs also in the line had to tell the man that he could not be in there with no mask after 15 minutes. The customer service is extremely disappointed and how unprofessional their staff is even more. I closed out my bank account with Citibank because they are simply a joke.
