The manager was publicly belittling her staff and trash talking clients incredibly loud. The manager was so loud it just made me want to leave the store. It’s such a shame to see someone being so unprofessional and it created such a hostile environment while people just wanted to do shopping.

WARNING! Don’t shop at the store or purchase anything online from this store if you think you are going to have to return it. When you try to return something, they are very nasty and often tell you they can’t take it back. The sales person did me a “favor” to take that back a towel I bought. I returned it a few days after I received it. I had the receipt. She told me that towel should have two tags on it only had one, but it was clear that I had not removed any tags from the towel as you can tell when tags have been removed. Like I said she took it back as a favor, but she was really nasty about it.

Worst customer service. Rude staff that should not work in customer facing jobs. Lazy staff, that rather pretend they are “busy” than take in person customers. Dont waste your time coming here.

Now we are trying to go less to the store at the coral gables because their customer service was not satisfactory. We purchased a sofa but the measures were off (smaller) the measure shown on the internet. When we bought the furniture, they were very patient and welcoming. Then after receiving the product, we told the issue to the customer service at the coral gables store. They said they would arrange someone to deal with it, but it has never happened.
So, never over promise and under deliver.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received. After waiting for over two months for my furniture to arrive, they delivered the wrong piece. I have been trying for three weeks to get a refund, but because it's a custom order they still haven't completed the refund. I have been calling repeatedly and they keep giving me the same noncomittal answer that they are looking into it. I cannot belive that they have delivered something I did not order and still refuse to refund me.

It’s a shame to see how the efforts of a company can be overshadowed by the behavior of some of its employees. With my purchase in hand, standing just two feet from the register, I couldn’t get the staff to even look me in the eye, despite calling out to them several times so I could pay. They eventually walked away and left me standing there with my items. Elisabeth (according to her name tag) was one of those employees.
I don’t usually write personal reviews, but this experience felt truly insulting—not because I believe there was any intent to offend, but because of a clear lack of basic courtesy and professional training.
Eventually, a third employee who had witnessed the entire scene came over, apologized on behalf of the others, and had to endure a scolding—right in front of me—for stepping in to assist.
That said, the store itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, with a very attractive selection of products. Just choose your staff more carefully, and things will go much better.

If you're delivering to this facility, take I95 south to Ponce DeLeon, turn right onto Ponce de Leon . At the traffic circle second exit and building is straight ahead. Archouse is located on building. Go straight into garage stay to your right for deliveries.

Ordered item from the website and showed It was coming from the Coral Gables store in Florida shipping to Wisconsin and it comes all busted. They must have 2 year-olds that pack items in a huge box that it’s rattling all over the place. Do you know what packing and shipping means? Very Disappointed and to top it off, it’s the final clearance item can’t return it back to the store except for store credit. Their mistake and I’ve gotta pay for it. Ridiculous. The manager of that store better teach their associates to pack packages a lot better in the future. I would put eggs on the bottom of a bag and stack everything on top of them. Do you think they’ll make it?

Worst customer service. Slow staff. Quality control is bad. Left with a defective item after waiting for over 30 minutes. Went the week after to return it and the system was down. Employees and manager (Michelle) are rude and seem lost. The manager even asked why I didn’t see it was defective when they sold it to me. 🤪
There’s not one time that I go to this store and leave anything but pissed due the slow and bad service. Save time. Buy online.

A huge shout out to the staff persons at Crate & Barrel. I had pre-ordered a couple of items for pickup. I arrived at the store at 9AM as I mistakenly thought they were on holiday hours (store opened at 10AM). Despite my error, they were very gracious to accommodate me and retrieved my purchase. Over the years, I have purchased a number of items from Crate & Barrel (bed, sofa, planters, outdoor furniture). They are truly a great store.

They take as long as they want to deliver and you can't do anything but once they deliver and 30 days have passed, they don't accept change even if you weren't there when they delivered the furniture and it is untouched. This didn't happen to me in other houses like Pottery Barn, which made the change after 30 days. The Manager did not authorize it and Customer Service, which is the second level, does not offer anything different from the Manager's response. I don't buy here anymore

Don't ever try to pick up an order from this location. You will be wasting 30-50 minutes waiting downstairs in a garage. Even when you call them to tell them you are waiting they do not come. So awful. Expected better from a company of this caliber.
