Yesterday I was discriminated against and disrespected by Mckenzie and the supervisor on duty at 8:30PM. I love Crate & Barrel and went on a shopping spree 2 weeks ago doing a big purchase. I have just moved in and have been buying a lot of home decor and accessories. I bought a shower curtain and did not match with the color of my bathroom I folded the shower curtain and went to return it. The supervisor came over the cashier where Mckenzie was and started sniffing the shower curtain saying that I washed it and Mckenzie saying that it was “faded” and I CLEARLY did not wash the shower curtain and would never do something like that. They kept insisting that I was lying to them and kept on disrespecting me. I do not know if they were discriminating for looking different that the demographic that frequents the store, my accent, or the fact that I was younger than them and I can buy things for myself from my hard work. I used to love Crate & Barrel and used to love waking up and seeing all of my Crate & Barrel accessories and kitchen utensils but this experience left me EXTREMELY dissatisfied. The customer service in this store should be evaluated because I have never been discriminated in a retail store and have accused of something I would never do

You will have to ask for the price of every item since they don’t post it. It gets tiresome. I lost interest and left.But anyway nobody seemed to notice or care.

Store and items are great but it’s hard to find the area to get your ready to pick up items . They also were out of boxes for the Dinnerware I bough. Still going back this week for more they always have the best stuff and best customer service as well .

I remember Crate & Barrel more customer oriented, friendlier. Which reminds me why I stop shopping @ their store. Christmas return with re- purchase in the store of a more expensive item. Felt like I was being punished horrible feeling & definitely not a place that welcomes customers

This is about Crate & Barrel and not this store specifically. Absolutely disappointed with @CrateandBarrel's customer service. Ordered a bed in September, and after 4 deliveries with wrong or missing items, I still don't have it. Got a discount, but this is beyond ridiculous. Can't recommend them. #CustomerServiceFail #CrateAndBarrel

The furniture is in line with my style and I purchased quite a large selection. i must warn those who do their DELIVERY is horrible And most likely you will not get your order as told or as they forgot to mention. Not worth it to me anymore. Just a warning

Awful experience today.. just awful. I understand the store was busy but I was never greeted, acknowledged not even a smile. I found what I needed and I went to stand in line where I always stand and was yelled at because that is not where the line started, I moved to where I was told. All 3 registers were busy and I believe we waited over 15 minutes in line. When it was my turn the woman in the middle Ceci turned around and said she was leaving on break, she walks out from behind the register recognized the person behind me and said she would help her at the middle register, I turned around and said that I was first. I was finally called up to the register and she waited and took care of the client behind me. Shame on you Crate & Barrel @merrick park... such a beautiful store with awful service.

I wish I could live in this store. Their displays are beautiful and inspiring. The employees were friendly and helpful. Their selection in the children's department was adorable. The price may seem a bit high but the quality is so good it is worth it.

Store looked really nice (thanks to an outstanding Visual Team!) and was well stocked for our Saturday visit. Unenthused by all the white and cream EVERYTHING, but excited to see the new leathers coming in furniture soon according to Luis, the Store Manager. The Christmas ornaments and decorations are in ample supply! NOW is the time to buy yours! It was great to see the knives displayed back in the front of the store, right where they have always been and belong. (Nobody puts baby in a corner!!). Stop by, and when you do, tell them: "Mary says 'HI!'" ?

I had the worst experience at the store today. I was first treated as invisible and then when I went to complete my purchase my Cb2 card was decline for fraud but the manager kept telling me I probably didn’t pay my bill for I maxed out my card. Who tells a customer that they probably didn’t pay their bill. I’m never going to this store again and will be canceling my account .

Today I had an appointment with Crate&Barrel in Coral Gables, Miami for a design consultation about the oval marble dining room table i purchased with 4 chairs, but still waiting delivery.When I arrived at the store, they couldn't find my appointment. I showed them my appointment confirmation:Your Appointment Has Been Scheduled!Monday, October 16, 202310:00 - 10:45Eastern TimeThey finally agreed to honor the reservation for an in-store design consultation and I was introduced to Gloria.As the appointment progressed, I could tell by her aggressive and condescending tone of voice and rude, dismissive behavior that she was genuinely irritated. For example, when I told Gloria that I only had approximate measurements, she stood up in a dramatic way and started to barrage me about how I could possibly turn up to such an appointment without any measurements! I don’t understand why the attitude; the measurement of the table & chairs can be accessed through my account.Gloria lacked not only mere manners, but professionalism and failed horribly at being a face and a representative of such a high-end store as Crate&Barrel! What I hoped would have been an informative design consultation appointment to determine which chairs would work best with the table, which I have purchased already, turned out to be a nightmare.I have lived in many places like NYC, CT, and I have never ever experienced such rudeness from a sales assistant! Gloria’s condescending and aggressive attitude towards me left me in shock! I simply could not believe that a sales rep from a luxury-store like Crate&Barrel would treat me so poorly, especially after making a purchase of $4,000.I consider myself a loyal customer of Crate&Barrel for many, many years; I even have a cc with you, but the gravity of Gloria’s unprofessionalism and offensive behavior towards me this morning at the Coral Gables, Miami store really makes me question returning to the only Crate&Barrel store in my area or making further purchases. To be frank, I’m even considering cancelling the order for the table & chairs.
