January 18th, 2:31pm. I though about not coming to this CVS today, but went ahead to load money, the cashier didn't know how to do it. I told her that she was pressing the wrong buttons because a message about insurance premium kept on popping up. She couldn't focus,I asked for the manager and when he came he told me that if the computer didn't want to take it, nothing could be done. And I told him about the pop up. He told me I was an undesirable and was going to ban me from CVS. I'm a medical Dr. and an entrepreneur, and live in a mansion in Coral Gables, and I shop here almost every day, spend hundreds of dollars a week. I told him to try it. I think he was a male chauvinist pig because I'm an older lady coming in from a jog with no make up. He told me to wait and he will do it. He forgot about me and I had to ask for him again. The loading was successful, there were $1 in the load and he kept on counting them over and over again. I asked him to speak in English and he said we were in America- I don't know what that meant . After trying to lie about his name and position, I was 1st told Alexander, the William, but I see the receipt, it's Alexander. Both him and the girl that always is dressed as Vampira were on drugs and unable to focus. I can't understand how you can have a so called manager like this. He needs to be retrained in his Hialeah warehouse he came out from.

The pharmacy has the absolute worst hours! Closes at 7 PM and only open 11 AM - 5 PM on the weekends. Extremely limiting. Pharmacy staff is hit or miss depending on who is working.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Francia at this CVS pharmacy. I called to inquire about a prescription, and she placed me on hold without asking for permission. After a few minutes, she came back and, rather than helping me, informed me that she needed to give a vaccine and couldn't assist me any further. She then told me to leave a voicemail, which I did, but I've still not heard back. This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. It's disappointing to be treated this way, especially when you're just trying to get the help you need.

I am very aware of HIPPA as I am in the medical field as well. I went in to get my prescription filled and they’re pretty quick on getting it filled, however lack training on HIPPA I was in line and there I was two people ahead of me. The pharmacist is going to ask me what I’m here for, while there is two people in front of me and someone behind me, I hand her my prescriptions going around ppl, she takes my prescription and says she’ll call me when they’re ready but never got in contact with me. My privacy was invaded, I wasn’t valued as a customer or a human.

The worst photo service I have ever seen in my life. Camera is not wiped clean before passport photo taking resulting in low quality photo that is worse than my iPhone photo. The store manager is very rude and refuses to retake the photo with bad attitude. Try to avoid taking photo here if you can.

The cards slots are all empty except many easter (which was 3 weeks ago) and st patricks (a month ago). This place is a joke. Also make sure you check prices; everything is 40-50% more than amazon. Avoid

I live by university of Miami. This cvs is the only one that carries Yerbamate Guayaki. And in the last two weeks. I have not found it. I asked several employees and they said is the manager that doesn’t want the product. Please let me know when and if you can get it back to store!
