Mrs. Esperanza López did not do the job correctly and because of her inefficiency and after charging me $500.00
I had to pay a $300 fine at Immigration Colombia since she did not tell me that I had to present myself in that identity. My recommendation is that before going to an Office that provides these terrible services, go to the Consulate General and look for general information so that Don't make expensive mistakes like what happened to me, plus the customer service is TERRIBLE.
