Wrong order, had to wait for delivery guy to come back and returned after Manager Rebecca didn’t want to replace It. Worst customer service to call. Money has not been returned. They are thieves. Don’t order from here. They will deliver whatever they want to and will treat you like if you have to accept it even though you paid more money for extra ingredients that were not in the pizzas delivered.

If I could give it less than a Star I would. It has been over an hour and a half since I placed my Order. It says Complete but it has yet to be delivered. I am trying to call the store but can't seem to communicate with them. My Order was in Quality Check for over one hour. Too bad you are stuck with this store for delivery.

Worst customer services. The driver left my order in the lobby. When I call to make the complaint, the number listed they never answered.

Practical and easy. Lots of coupons for discounts. Just watch out for timing on busy days, it can take more than usual, so plan ahead your order and give yourself time (40-50min) to wait for your order to be ready.

This place is the best. Always hits just right. They're open late, and easily accessible. Not to mention much more affordable then most pizza in the area.

On July 6th 2019 my father had a seizure in front of this Domino's. The gentleman working at the register saw what was happening and ran out and caught my father before he fell to the ground protecting his head and saving his life. He then proceeded to comp my family to a free pizza, wings and 2 liter soda. 5 Stars.

Worst customers service ever. I order Wisconsin cheese pizza with pineapple, chicken, bacon, and pepperoni and they didn’t have nothing on it. I won’t order here ever again and I’m going order different dominos next time

I attempted to get a quote for a large order I would be placing. I phoned on two different days and both times the person could not give me a quote or tell me of any promotions. Neither seemed to have any interest in assisting. I phoned again and was unable to get a hold of a manager over the next three days to get a quote. This was only after waiting nearly 10-14 minutes each time I phoned. This is truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Not even because I was placing a rather large order were they receptive. I find this staff unprofessional, uninformed, and have a total lack efficiency. I do speak Spanish, however, on two occasions the person did not speak english nor was there anyone available to speak English which is unacceptable in customer service.

The service is soo bad. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited for about 10 minutes for them to receive my order even though there was no one in line. Unfriendly attitude. Then, my bill was $8.02. I gave 9 dollars. Never got the receipt or change. Minutes later as I was waiting for my order, I asked about that change and receipt. The cashier replied that she has no change. She did not offer to give me the one dollar back. Instead, just stared at me. I thought the right thing to do would have been to give me the dollar back because they would only be 2 cents short and they are the ones that do not have change. Instead, I had to pay an extra 98 cents for inadequate service. It is only one dollar so it is not about the money, but how is that fair?

Bad experience with Pedro the delivery driver, who sounded like a middle-age hispanic man, maybe older, maybe he was intoxicated, maybe I’m wrong but he sounded just as shameless. Used reverse psycology to ask for more tip. He said he was gonna give me back what I gave him because it was too little and the ‘system wouldn’t accept it’, and then he asked the person who I ordered the pizza for to see if he had brought more money for tip. This store should educate its drivers and teach them to accept what a customer can give, because sometimes we can give more but sometimes we cannot. Very unprofessional, very bad taste ordering from this store. I guess we shouldn’t order from Domino’s unless we have enough tip money to satisfy drivers every single time.

If I could leave less than one Star I would. I have tried calling the store right after ordering online and tried to call to see if they could add extra of one item since the website does not. So far I have been on hold for over 17 minutes.
