I am very disappointed in that place, I was a customer of theirs although I had not bought their products for a few years, however I decided to buy their products since they supposedly had specials and when it came time to collect they charged me a lot more and they did not give me the two gift products that they promised on the radio program, the person who answered me was very rude, he constantly interrupted me with the sole purpose of confusing me and being able to take my money as they did, I have claimed them for almost three weeks and They almost do not answer me, and when I have been lucky enough to get an answer, they have given me the same person who deceived me and shamelessly stole my money, because that unscrupulous lady has deceived me into believing that the finance department is working to return me my money and that it would take 5 days, it's been almost three weeks now and nothing from them, they don't even answer my messages that I leave on the answering machine, it's hard for me to believe that the owner of the business doesn't know what is happening with your business, this is tremendous mockery and disrespect to the client, that company is a fraud and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience, my father who suffers from Parkinson's disease, ordered $330 worth of an Omega vitamin, he never received his package, they should send the merchandise through UPS, Fed Ex, but since they are so hungry, they don't care about the customers, they just make money, imagine spending $330, and they don't even care, the person on the phone didn't even let me talk, she never called me back, don't vote for your money, there are many cheaper and more effective vitamins, eat well and you'll see, these people are Abusing such high prices, and very bad customer service.

I would not recommend this business. I order calcium and CoQ10 and did not receive what I ordered. I ordered and paid for 3 bottles over the phone and only received 2 wrong ones, with no invoice or receipt. Neither of the products sent to me contained CoQ10 or calcium. I received kartinol which is shark cartilage. When I called the company I was put on hold for 1 hour after which I hungup and was never able to speak to anyone. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they responded to the credit card company that they would not refund the amount. I did not care to get a refund but simply wanted the products I ordered. At this point I do not trust Dr. Maribel Santa Cruz and do not want any products from her.

To all clients of "Dr. Maribel Santa Cruz"Be careful when accepting offers from this company. First they are calling one hundred times a week to offer their products on discount. Then they charge you at the regular price and say that they never had offers and that they never called to offer offers.That's how it happened to me, and when I call to correct the charge, the employees get very rude and are not professional with the client. They hang up the phone or they don't answer or they say that the right person is not there or they are busy or they already left. They take time to solve the problem or to get an answer, but they don't take time to make the payment. Do not let this company continue to steal your money and write your experiences with this company because it seems that the Doctor already forgot that her business is stable thanks to the clients. I am very disappointed with this company. But more than anything, I'm disappointed in the Doctor. Well, she herself spoke to me very rudely for a few hours without letting me speak and without apologizing for the mistake that her employees made. However, she yelled at me that I was wrong and that I had never been a client. Serious how he yelled at me and how he wouldn't let one speak. I hope I don't do the same to you.Attached is proof of the products you had purchased before and were trying to replace.

Horrible experience with these people. On February 12, they charged me $160 for a promotion. And when I went to the store, after driving for more than 1 hour to get there, they told me that there is none, that the product was sold out and would arrive at the beginning of March....on the 29th the product had not yet arrived. I called every week and they left me on the line for hours and hours...sometimes I called and they pretended not to listen to me. Finally I had to tell them that if they didn't resolve me I was going to file a police complaint for abuse. That made them react to call me, threatening me, telling me that I was the one who was wrong and that I no longer qualified to buy from the company....that is discrimination and we are not willing to not only refuse to refund our money, but also discriminate against us. We filed complaints with the FTC against such abuse of our person.
